Acheroraptor

Acheroraptor was a dromaeosaurid dinosaur originating in eastern Siberia. They were one of the sapient species on Earth 66 million years ago until their extinction during the K-pg extinction.

History

The early history of the Acheroraptors is unknown, but about 800 years prior to the K-pg extinction event, they arrived in Laramidia after being forced to flee Siberia as a result of some sort of disaster. The Acheroraptors conquered much of the northern half of Laramidia, subjugating many of the Laramidian Maniraptorans in those regions. A few decades after the invasion of Laramidian, the free Maniraptorans in southern Laramidia united and launched an invasion of the Achero Empire. After a three year long war, the Achero Empire was defeated and its Emperor was executed, many Acheroraptors were forced to flee back to Siberia or attempt to cross the Western Interior Seaway. However the tens of thousands of Acheroraptors who fought against the Achero Empire, along with their families were allowed to remain in Laramidia,

Appearance

The Acheroraptor were small theropods, approximately similar in size to the Troodons. Their feathers were primarily black, grey, or brown with patterns of white, red, or blue. They had quills on their heads.

Type of Government

The Acheroraptors had an absolute monarchy ruled by an Emperor and Empress who made most of the decisions.
