Anna Novum, The Cold's Chosen

Overview

Anna Lucy Dallas-Delaware Novum is a legendary female Rufescent-Havriel born on the small world of Wildroot in 1,200 AGY (Ambrosian Galactic Year). Anna stands as the universe's sole surviving Havriel, after the species' untimely destruction at the hands of the Sanlagosa Concordant, then dominant power over known Ambrosia. Additionally; Anna Novum stands as one of the most pivotal figures in universal history, a legacy she has managed to carve with her own hands.

Living Remnant of the Dawn Epoch

While famed across the Galaxy as a great hero, few know her true nature; that she and she alone stands as the sole inheritor of the legacy of the omnipotent Annuat. The living Remnant of the Dawn Epoch itself, Anna is the living manifestation of every single aspect of Creation not directly born of Amaranth given flesh, without deviation or exception. These forces, known as the Annmaya, are the overarching Linerric concepts in which the All-Creator Annuat carried into being all physical and literal existence.

As a result; Anna is the single-most powerful entity alive, though this fact is unknown to all; even to herself. Instead, Anna is largely known for her mastery over cold, frost and ice, though this is merely a small extension of her immense power; effortlessly manifested across her person in continuous unthought action. As she perpetually exists as the universe's literal definition of "cold," Anna has been a repeated target of zealotry by the "Cold's Chosen;" an interstellar cult dedicated to freezing over the stars, plunging Ambrosia into eternal crushing frost.

Glimmer of Hope

Sadly, this immense power did not ensure her a life free from personal tragedy. At the age of 21, whilst aboard the exploratory vessel HAA (Havriel Ambrosian Alliance) - Glimmer of Hope; the ship would ultimately be targeted by wandering Atronox as they had crossed into their Paradigm, during the Glimmer's faithful plunge into the then-unknown. Quickly destroyed by the xenophobic hyperviolent race, Anna would quickly retreat into a cryogenic suspended animation pod. She would ultimately be discovered by Mace Sappho in 40 EE (Ends Emergence), over two hundred years after the ships destruction.

As consequence of the many years in which she remained in suspended animation, everyone she had ever known, including the population of her entire world. alongside her two fathers, were long since dead and gone. With no other choice, she then lived on throughout the following decades as a woman out of time — now forced into service towards what remained of her people, as they were currently battling the genocidal Sanlagosa.

Over that time aboard the ruined Glimmer of Hope, Anna's inherent and unaware abilities would interpret the cryogenic surroundings of her pod as an inherency of her being. Once she was reawakened, this aspect of her being would carry-over indefinitely, causing Anna to become cold incarnate.

The Gentle Woman and the Omnipotent Deity

Similarly esoteric to her immense power is her near pacifistic nature, an aspect very much at odds with the vast majority of the conflict-dominated masses of powerful entities across history. While she has engaged in battle and killed many billions of Dark sapient entities, she largely detests the act of fighting, actively wishing she could avoid it whenever and wherever possible. Despite this, however; Anna has spent the largest majority of her waking life in the company of Syx Corsage and Seven Novum; famously known as the "Great Dyad."

In their presence, Anna has been made to bear witness and participate in many battles, as the two continued their endless crusade against the forces of evil in service to the innocent. She would assist the two across many of their greatest battles; notably including their destruction of the Sanlagosa Concordant in 84 EE. In fact; without Anna Novum, it can be said. without exaggeration, that the universe would have surely ended by the current year, as not only her own personal feats have ensured its continuance; but also her saving the lives of both Syx and Seven countless times throughout the years, would ensure they could continue to fight another day.

Though this exposure to conflict is not a point of misery towards her, as she is amongst the most compassionate individuals one could ever meet; taking immense pride in standing beside, and taking part in the greatest acts of heroism in all galactic history. In fact; it was through the love of this endless desire to keep those undeserving of suffering safe that she would fall in love with the latter member of the Dyad; Seven. The two would develop an immense and blooming romance towards one another; ultimately marrying in 87 EE, during their war against the Amaranth Heir; Lykeligan.

Anna's greatest achievement, in respect to the continuation of life and defense of the innocent, is most likely her single-handed destruction of the aforementioned Atronox Paradigm; achieving a long-sought revenge over the Eternal Warborne for the demise of her friends and colleagues aboard the Glimmer of Hope. Though this is not to undercut other achievements in her life, however, when viewed in comparison, it was this event that ended — for all time — one of the longest-lasted recurrent forces of evil within Ambrosia to ever exist.
