Atwater is a high-ranking member in Marley Payne’s crew, being the False Chameleon’s first mate. And while he doesn’t care very much for his boss’s piratical theming, he values his position of power in the Payne Family as a result.

History

Like most of the mutated reptiles running amok in Orca Point, Atwater started life as a normal animal before being experimented on as a part of Project S.C.A.L.E. and eventually escaped the GenoSys Labs facility during the attempted clean-up/destruction of the project
