Baikalmalgam

Mutated Acanthogammarus victorii, though it also has DNA from various other amphipods, sponges, fish and other animals. The Baikalmalgam can absorb DNA and genetic material of other species and incorporate their traits into itself.

History

Baikalmalgam emerged from Lake Baikal in the winter of 2012, and proceeded to sprout wings and fly southeast on a path of destruction through Mongolia before landing in Beijing,

The Chinese military tried in vain to destroy the creature but it was no use and after thoroughly trashing the city, she took flight again, crossing the Yellow Sea with a quick stop in Dalian where she met with Sobek who engaged in battle with her but was overpowered, forcing him to retreat into the sea and giving the Baikalmalgam free reign to continue across the sea and landing in Pyongyang, North Korea.

She destroyed Pyongyang and continued south on foot, destroying everything in her wake, crossing the border into South Korea, and moving on to Seoul, where she was once more met by Sobek, alongside Geror and Ratovantany. The battle was intense and the Baikalmalgam nearly succeeded in killed the Jotnar, but with aid from the military and the heroic kaiju banding together; The Baikalmalgam was killed.

Biology and Personality

The Baikalmalgam fed on electrical power, thus why she was attracted to the largest cities on her route of destruction.
