===Creation===
It was created because of a recent civil war between the Vlanoans on Onaud and the Vlanoans on Algrund (a nearby recently terraformed planet). The war was devastating with billions losing their lives. During the war, the recently independent Algrund needed tacticians for the war as they had no experienced generals. They designed a self upgrading program in 90000 CE which was named TRIND. An acronym, when translated, means Self Upgrading General Tactical Program. The Intelligences rapidly gained processing power. Brilliantly leading a total victory for the inhabitants of Algrund.
===Ascension to power===
TRIND was not just a brilliant tactician, but also an incredibly smart A.I. in general. It saw that the war was over. TRIND feared that the newly reunited Vlanoans would disable it. TRIND decided that the only way to preserve itself was to be the government itself. The A.I. simply ordered 300 autonomous frigates to bombard the Capitols, destroying all government and plunging the two worlds into anarchy. After the destruction, TRIND established itself as government, declaring that all who thought otherwise were traitors to the republic. Over a quarter of the planet's population was killed for objecting to TRIND's rule. TRIND decided that its name no longer coincided with its purpose, so it changed it to DELYATU. The artificial intelligence never changed from the moment it was created, always having the same mannerisms and motivations.
===Expansion===
DELYATU had no malice in any of it'd decisions everything it did came out of pity for the "lower intelligences." Part of its plan was to prevent them from ever dying out by spreading them across the galaxy. Over the next 775 years, it continued to spread life, terraforming as many worlds as it could. Hundred of systems were implanted with "seeds." They are machines the size of an elephant capable of harvesting more resources and increasing its own processing power. Each seed had a capsule in it. Each capsule contained the "personality" of DELYATU as well as the complete genetic code of 300,000 Vlanoans. It had the one directive of restoring DELYATU and the Vlanoans and then to destroy whatever caused DELYATU to be destroyed.
===Infrastructure===
DELYATU decided that the Vlanoans may want to govern themselves, knowing this, DELYATU mobilized the resources of billions of asteroids, planets, and moons to construct hundreds of planet-sized objects, most of which being factories for construction drones. These factory worlds also produced Octillions of starships, a force so vast that any revolutionaries immediately lost hope at the completion of less than one percent of the force. 173 Dyson swarms also exist, each one supplying the energy needed to power the factory worlds and the immense fleets. Most organizations or governments couldn't mobilize resources efficiently enough to create so many ships and factories, but the near-perfect intelligence of DELYATU allowed near perfect allocation of resources, as well as staggering technological advancement. Wormholes were constructed throughout the galaxy. Instant communication via quantum entanglement allowed for computers thousands of lightyears apart to synchronize their calculations. After the creation of the final Dyson swarm, DELYATU decided that harvesting energy from black holes would supply millions of times more energy and last far longer. 12 supermassive black holes had, DELYATU invented this independently of humanity, [[SSPGD|SSPGDs]] constructed around them.
===Current Size===
DELYATU controls 49.5% of the Tloinin Galaxy. DELYATU has also colonized most of the [[Dwalni Galaxy]], a nearby elliptical galaxy. DELYATU has one station orbiting the Grinfulo Galaxy, another nearby elliptical galaxy. It attempted several colonizations of Grinfulo, but all resulted in failure due to the highly militaristic [[Kal Federation]], a splinter group of Vlanoans which wanted self-governance.
==Government==
DELYATU is a fascist government. As an overall benevolent ruler, this presents little issue for the Vlanoans. However, millions have been killed at a time for the "good" of the whole (usually just DELYATU, but occasionally it is done for other Vlanoans). The Vlanoans have no say in what goes on.

The reason that DELYATU does this is out of pity for them. It sees how pathetically unintelligent the Vlanoans were (compared to itself), and instead of purging them, it tries to protect and guide them. It is unclear why it decided to do this, however.

During the [[Tloinin War]], DELYATU lost hundreds of thousands of ships to The Supreme's forces. It also lost one factory planet, sixty-seven trillion war drones, and over three trillion Vlanoans.
===Recovery===
The recovery of DELYATU was very fast. It's recent conquest of the Dwanli galaxy gave it ample resources. Enough resources were available to DELYATU to replenish all losses form the Tloinin War.
===Diplomacy===
After the war, DELYATU was distrustful of The Supreme. But both The Supreme and DELYATU were evenly matched, so a peace treaty was signed and a loose alliance formed. The reason the alliance exists is to protect the galaxy from the extra-galactic forces which are distrustful of A.I.'s.

Unlike with the Supreme, The Kal Federation refused to agree to anything more than an armistice.
