Daemonian

Winged, necrotic beings native to Niflheim. They are immune to fire and vicious warriors. In their native habitat, Daemonians are predators and scavengers, taking a similar niche that hawks and eagles have on Earth.

History

After Ragnarok, a small population of Daemonians were abandoned on Earth, where they inspired the Demons of several religions and mythologies.

Culture

Daemonians have a primitive culture, having little to no impact on their environment and living simply as another animal in their environment, though they have a complex language composed primarily of shrill squeaks, squeals and screams and a rich oral history.

Appearance and Biology

They use their razor sharp hand and foot claws to tear apart their prey, and once the prey is dead, it will be carried back to their nest.
