The False Minhocao is a species of hairless, limbless and eyeless Necrolestid Mammal native to pampas and grasslands of South America. It bears a striking resemblance to the caecilian Minhocao, it is presumed that this is a form of mimicry to deter long extinct subterranean predators as the Minhocao is deadly poisonous to the touch, They sweat constantly, which lubricates their body while digging and also makes them wet and slimy to the touch aiding in their resemblance to the amphibian. The species can easily reach over 100 feet in length
