The Fantastic Frontliners were a superhero team that operated during the Golden Age of Heroism. The team was created and backed by the U.S. Government to be sent off to fight the Axis Powers' own superpowered soldiers in Europe. The team also toured the U.S. to drum up public support and funds for the war effort.
The Frontliners' only known major mission was stopping Captain Nazi from awakening several Kaiju laying dormant on Ymir's Island. Soon after the war ended the Frontliners were disbanded and the Global Superhuman Coverup was enacted, making public superhuman activity illegal.
