Faye Vaughn (9/1/6980 - 8/31/7105) was a Human Triune civil servant, politician, and diplomat who served as the first chair of the Occult Galaxy Project. While not many pictures survive from this period, those that do survive show Vaughn amongst a large number of high-ranking or otherwise influential figures. Holos first appointed Vaughn as minister of the Occult Galaxy Project in 7055 CE. Throughout her career, she oversaw advances in spirit capture, policing, and weaponization. She served as chair for forty years.
As the first Human to have a high-ranking position in the Triumvirate Civilization, Vaughn inadvertently changed the reputation of her species. Her tenure saw a drastic rise in the number of Humans as civil servants, even after the decade-spanning Crisis of the 71st Century in which Humans played an outsized role.
