Overview

Fujin Invasion of Archdemons was a large-scale, high-casualty conflict that erupted in the Fujin Galaxy, lasting 83 days before escalating into a full galactic war. Initiated by the Archdemons' colonial invasions through Bridge structure, the war was intended as a retribution campaign to avenge the Archangels' in the Milky Way. The conflict resulted in approximately 1.2 million fatalities, the majority of whom were Mozj'la military personnel.

Following a sequence of hostile annexations, the Mozj'la' Krolena governance officially declared war on the Archdemons. Initially, the Athezians and the Ketla-Anea Alliance remained neutral, fearing massive losses and infrastructural devastation. However, on the 84th day, the Archdemons began invading Athezian star systems. This act triggered the Great Galactic Rescue, a large-scale intervention by the Archangels, leading to the Ketla-Anea formally joining the war effort against the Archdemonic forces.

History

At the time of the war's outbreak, the Athezians Commonwealth had yet to be formally established. The major powers of the Fujin Galaxy remained divided:

• The Mozj'la governed under the evolving principles of Krolena governance Monarchy.

• The Athezians also maintained their ancient decentralised cooperative Order.

• And the Ketla-Anea operated under a cooperative dual-species alliance system.

Despite occasional political disputes and border tensions, relations between the three were largely peaceful. But with the rise of the Archdemonic threat, longstanding grievances were swiftly set aside in the face of existential danger.

The war’s true catalyst was the Archdemonic incursion via Bridges, constructed with parasitic precision to infiltrate the galactic boundary. The Archdemons, entities of Lucifer's Manifesto, had long resided on the fringes of the Fujin Galaxy, scavenging ships, draining systems, and avoiding open conflict. Yet their ambitions grew under the command of Asmodeus, the Feudal Lord of the Archdemons, who saw the Fujin Galaxy as a rich vein of life and power.

Frustrated by the limitations of their diminutive home galaxy, the Archdemons began a campaign of expansion, targeting fringe-worlds and proto-colonies in the Edelweiss and Ulzumi Galaxies . But unbeknownst to them, Archangelic Preservers had already seeded a presence in Edelweiss, leading to a direct and irreversible confrontation between the two ancient superforces.

Although Athezian and Ketla-Anea leaderships attempted to maintain neutrality, ignoring the early warnings from outer world scouts and defense fleets, tensions finally shattered when the Archdemons unleashed devastation upon Hayer'Vays, a vital Athezian frontier world. The attack resulted in the deaths of over 7 million civilians. It was a cataclysmic event that ended all attempts at neutrality.

Shortly after, the Archdemons launched a full-scale invasion of Athezian systems. It was then that the Archangels, breaking silence, descended from Sahuri to initiate the Great Galactic Rescue, pushing and Ketla-Anea to unite in a defensive pact with the Mozj'la, while evacuating Athezians to Milky Way.
