A kaiju-sized Mutated Neanderthal woman and the genetic mother of Ponter Abbott. She was stuck frozen in a glacier for 10,000 years before accidentally being thawed out by Achrinian Invaders, who stormed the research station she was held at.
Initially struggling to adapt to the 21st century. But she’s formed a strong bond with the Guardians who’ve become her family, especially Ponter, with whom she’s taken great lengths to teach him about his Neanderthal heritage.

History
At one time Geror was a normal Neanderthal woman. But sometime around 150,000 BCE she came across a sample of Primordial Ooze that had been living in the underground hot springs that had been flung to the surface by geysers. Curious about the strange substance Geror touched the puddle which attached itself to her DNA, and began to mutate her very frightened with what was happening she took shelter in an ice cave which collapsed on top of her as she grew in size. Which rather than killing her kept her Cryogenically preserved for thousands of years.
Geror's frozen form was then discovered in the 1990s by a group of scientists from Project: M.Y.T.H.O.S. who began to study what they presumed was her corpse.
One scientist Dr. Daniel H. Abbott tried to use the preserved sample to hopefully recreate the Neanderthal’s genome. He was ultimately successful, and even produced a baby as a ‘proof of concept’ for his methods, not realizing Geror's mutated genes gave the baby immense strength.
Still assumed dead, the team at Project: M.Y.T.H.O.S. attempted to excavate the permafrost she was trapped in, inadvertently awakening her. At the same time a mutant comglomerate of Amphipods and other crustaceans surfaced from the depths of Lake Baikal. The so-called ‘Baikalmalgamate’, was extraordinarily powerful and on an uncontrollable rampage destroying everything in its path.
It was Geror that eventually tipped the scales in favor of the world when she joined forces with the military Kū, Ratovantany and Warial to destroy the creature.
