Hurlas'derfa

Hurlas'derfa is a large gas gaint in the Suela Derqu system. Like almost all colonised Gas Giants, Hurlas'derfa has floating cities located around its equator. It has four moons, Sewwa, Kliia, Opuli, and Fettawaqu.

Cities

Hurlas'derfa is the economic centre of the Seula Derqu System, and for that reason its cities have grown exponentially. From orbit, 5 or so of these "giga-islands" can be seen, each carrying a significant portion of the planets population. Instead of opting for cities, which work well to gather population in one place, the population wanted huge parks and nature reserves. This resulted in the population density being incredibly low, at one person per 5.9 square kilometres. This planet is the perfect place to retire, as many beings say.

Economy

This planets most notable export is helium-3, which it was impregnated in vast amounts by its active star and it's solar wind. Most of the energy from this system comes from helium-3 fusion, making it economically impossible for the population to make any megastructures such as Dyson Spheres around their star, as it would cost more energy to make them than the Dyson Sphere would produce.

Seat of Government

Hurlas'derfa is currently the seat of government for the small nation Et-Human Alliance of Systems (EHAS), due to the fact that Fertasm is currently politically unstable. The House of Judgement is located in Judgement city, which is connected b infrastructure to nearby Hurlas'Derfa City, and the Seula Derqu City, forming the Government Triangle. The Government Triangle generally stays in between latitudes 40° North and 20° North. But his is were the laws are made, not the court.

Criminals are taken to a floating Island of 3 cities tied together with infrastructure. This island is simply known as Torture by the Criminal Underworld. Despite it's name, Torture is probably the most humane law enforcement chamber in the Galaxy. Here is the list of the islands:

City	Description
Vleiose	The largest, but the most Inhumane. Criminals here are strapped down, and forced to listen and make eye contact with the court.
Sequaa	This city is relaxed, and is mainly the waiting city. When Criminals are waiting to be tried, they are taken here. It is the most Isolated, so the only way for a criminal to get off is to jump off the side, which would probably result in headfirst plunge into the centre of Hurlas'derfa.
Suqququa	The prison Island. Its condition's are famed everywhere, as they are the best any criminal could hope for. A toilet, two meals a day, and a shower permitted once a week. On Christmas and Easter, the inmates are allowed out into the courtyard to do whatever they want, within reason. They are closely monitored, of course.
