Overview
"Imagindarium's Creation" is the truest-title which comprises the entirety of all existence. While often referred to by other names, such as the "Universe," "Reality," or a shortening to the more simple "Creation," all of these terms ultimately point back to the original, true name. "Imagindarium's Creation" acknowledges the true author of existence; Imagindarium itself.
All told: Imagindarium's Creation is the only form existence shows itself as, evidenced by the fact that nothing can be located outside of it, meaning we, in the here and now, exist within the sole form reality may ever adopt. This singularity of existence confirms that all realities, dimensions, and planes of being are merely facets of Imagindarium's boundless design, an inherency in the minds of all entities which inhabit Creation, willingly acknowledged by them or not.
Due to Imagindarium's Creation being the absolute extent and very nature of everything, a comprehensive overview of it as a uniting concept is all-but impossible, however, a few terms can be understood in order to have a better grasp of the universe at large.
The main being "Imagindarium" itself. Its existence is highly contested by many throughout the throng of time, but those that have been made aware of, and acknowledge its existence, are given unique insight into the very nature of its grand Creation. This awareness allows them to perceive the deeper currents of reality, revealing truths that remain hidden from those unaware of Imagindarium's influence. This awareness manifests itself as the "End in Sight," a physical manifestation of this viewing inherent to any who may achieve it.
While the true nature of Imagindarium may remain a mystery to those granted the mythical End in Sight, and a passing view of the Line to the End, they will now know that all existence, and all apart of said existence, are all forged to achieve the same singular goal: The fulfillment of Imagindarium's "Ultimate End," a term coined by those who have seen its design. All act in accordance to this pre-destined ontological point in its design, and all carry on in blissful unawareness of its active hand guiding them to this End. There can be no deviation in this inherency within the universe, with everyone and everything, no matter the extent, nor its power, will continue in actions which are beholden to it; even in their blissful ignorance, they are bound to this cosmic purpose, carrying out their roles as unwitting instruments of Imagindarium's grand design, inching ever closer to the culmination of all things, the Ultimate End.
Imagindarium's Creation began with the great "Amaranth Conception," also known as the "First Light," and the "First Amaranth Contravene," an event which would mark the beginning of all existence, prior to the start of linear time. It was from this First Light that the concept of "Amaranth" would be forged, the force in which everything in the universe is comprised, determined, and guided by, without even the slightest deviation. Although it is commonly said that Amaranth was "created" by Imagindarium, this is a contradiction in terms, as there is no fundamental distinction between the force that is Amaranth and the essence of Imagindarium itself. Instead, "Imagindarium," and "Amaranth," are simply labels for two distinct, inherent aspects (or functions) of existence. In truth; there is no substantial difference between Imagindarium/Amaranth and everything that emerged from it, namely, the entire universe, and everything therein. In this sense, the universe essentially created itself, and everything which that implies.
Preamble
It is important to note that the subject matter of this article, that of being Imagindarium's Creation, truly encompasses everything and everywhere that this universe and Scope is composed and comprised of, and indeed, is the universe itself. With this in mind, the language used to convey this idea may read rather incomprehensible at times.
As we begin to unravel existence, we reach a frustrating level of cosmic allegory, analogy, willing contradictions and paradoxes, and facets of reality which present themselves as objective and inherent.
As we navigate these descriptions, it becomes clear that any attempt to fully capture Imagindarium’s Creation is, and will remain so, inherently limited by our perception as sapient beings, leaving much of its true essence perpetually beyond reach, glimpsed only through metaphor and abstraction.
Attempting to describe Imagindarium’s Creation is an exercise in capturing several varying levels of infinite with finite language; words inherently struggle to encapsulate a universe that transcends common experience and defies linear understanding. As we venture into the depths of this cosmic structure, the concepts we employ, paradox, allegory, and contradiction, become indispensable tools, not as mere poetic devices, but as necessities to frame what is, by its nature, beyond conventional perception. Through these linguistic constructs, we confront an existence where time, space, and essence are unified in ways that challenge all logic, requiring us to navigate Creation with both intellect and a willingness to accept truths that appear impossible, yet are fundamental to the very fabric of reality itself.
The universe itself, like so much of which comprises it, is indeed itself an objectivity, so it might be easy for one to assume it can be defined rather simply, and we can avoid the pedantic. But this is not the case. It would be easy to assume everything is what it is because Imagindarium/Amaranth had deemed it to operate as such. While this is entirely true, it misses the complexity of nuance in its direction Imagindarium had in shaping its Creation. This direction made of complexity where every detail, from the smallest particle, to the grandest cosmic event, serves a purpose interwoven within an intricate design, rich in intention and layered meaning.
With this in mind, this preamble exists not to discourage sapients in their attempt to unravel the higher mysteries of the universe they inhabit, but more to clarify, and caution, that the truest answer will only ever be revealed at Creation's Ultimate End. Though through language, and the sharing of ideas, we may gain a better understanding of this End once it finally makes itself apparent in Creation.
If you wish to have the truest possible answer, take with you this objective truth: "Imagindarium's Creation is all there is, was, or will be, chosen, defined, forged, and directed by its Creator: Imagindarium. There is no deviation, there is no definition outside of it, and only the Creator may direct and fully understand its objective purpose." and go in peace. But those wishing to understand its functions deeper, read on, friend.
Cosmology
The cosmology of Imagindarium's Creation is comprised of three distinct macrocosms: Ambrosia, Thavma, and Libation, predominantly referred to as "Realms." Each of these three serve their own respective distinct purpose to Imagindarium's grand design, though each is informed by the other. The cosmology of Imagindarium's Creation is built on a complex interweaving of these macrocosms, with each one representing different states of existence and varying influences of Imagindarium's essence.
Within this vast cosmology, the Realms are bound by intricate laws and forces, chief among them being Amaranth, the raw essence that permeates all creation. Amaranth is the connective tissue that links the three Realms, allowing for interaction between the physical, metaphysical, and spiritual planes of existence. The cosmic architecture of Imagindarium's Creation reflects a delicate balance, where no Realm can exist independently of the others without causing the collapse of the entire system. This balance is maintained by the inherent flow of Amaranth between the Realms, with each macrocosm exerting its own unique influence on the course of existence, steering all life and matter toward the Ultimate End.
The convergence of Ambrosia, Thavma, and Libation is one of complex and unfathomable design that Imagindarium has woven into the very fabric of reality itself. In this respect, the convergence itself is not merely a static alignment, but rather a dynamic and ever-shifting harmony, in eternal and perpetual interaction, with energies, entities, and events flowing between them. Ultimately, this interconnected dance of forces ensures that the entire cosmology remains in constant motion, guiding all aspects of existence ever closer to the fulfillment of Imagindarium's Ultimate End.
Structure
While none spatially exist "above" or "below" another, as their functions in respect to one another act as if they do exist in a layered system, for comprehension sake, it is better to assume that they do indeed spatially exist above and below one another. With this in mind, in structure, the universe acts as a layered set of macrocosms (or Realms) with a "top," "middle," and "bottom." At the "top" layer sits Libation, which represents the forces of creation yet to be, will be, or could not be. The "middle" is the domain to Thavma, a void of unreality used largely as the cosmic thoroughfare between Libation and Ambrosia. And at the "bottom" is all which encompasses Ambrosia, the physical realm where the vast majority of material existence unfolds.
Though in a sort of reversal of the immediate assumption, actual objective importance to the Line to the End follows from "bottom" to "top," with Ambrosia by far serving as the main region of existence. The other two, Thavma and Libation, both only exist to serve the respective functions of Ambrosia itself, Libation acting as repository, and Thavma acting as crossing point of the repository to its destination, that being Ambrosia proper. In this way, the higher realms, though grand in scope and possibility, ultimately exist to feed into and support the unfolding of existence in Ambrosia, where the tangible manifestation of Imagindarium's design takes place and the grand narrative of Creation reaches its culmination.
A way to think of this structure is to imagine the universe as one massive system of cause and effect, where each layer contributes to the unfolding of events in the layer beneath it. Libation, as the realm of infinite possibilities, holds the raw potential of what could exist, as it is a plane of unrealized ideas, dreams, and the abstract forces of creation yet to take form. From Libation, these potentials pass through Thavma, the intermediary void, where the essence of Amaranth shapes and channels them into a more defined state of being. Thavma functions as the cosmic crucible, refining and distilling possibilities before they manifest in the lowest layer, Ambrosia. Every civilization, every event, every being in Ambrosia is shaped by the ebb and flow of Amaranth passing through the upper realms, with Libation feeding it potential, and Thavma regulating the movement of those energies. In this way, the universe itself acts as a great cycle of creation and manifestation, with each layer reinforcing the other in a continuous process toward Imagindarium's Ultimate End.
Ambrosia, the "bottom" realm, is meant to be where all realized creation occurs. It is the most tangible and material of the macrocosms, where the forces of Amaranth take physical form and the vast drama of existence plays out. This isn't always the case, mainly in respect to Thavma being the host of the events and entities contained within the Thirteen Realms and the Mavimyst, though this largely is by cosmic "happenstance,", a contradiction in terms to a degree, as nothing can occur in Creation without direction and purpose to Imagindarium's function. Still, Thavma doesn't inherently exist to facilitate these manifestations; Ambrosia could just as easily, if not more fittingly, contain them.
Extent
The exact extent and depth of Imagindarium's Creation cannot be described with legible speech, as in totality it exists in a scale far beyond any sapient entities' level to understand or even comprehend. While the total extent and scale of the universe cannot be summarized, there are conceptually "smaller" definitions we can use to give ourselves a better understanding of the extent of Imagindarium's Creation. Mainly, to make sense of the universe's scale, it is important to understand the exact length, diameter, and layers of existence that comprise it. The universe is not simply a collection of stars and planets, but rather functions as an intricate web of realms, dimensions, and planes of being, each with its own laws of reality.
While the extent of Imagindarium's Creation cannot be well understood in totality, the individual realms and regions which comprise its whole do indeed have defined cosmological scales, though many exist in scales too large to numerically designate. Most often, defined realms of Creation adopt an "Undetermined" length, one of the five distinct forms in which the concept of "infinity" adopts within the universe, meaning they do indeed begin at a predetermined ontological point, but then go on to become of endless extent within their own localized scale.
This defined "endlessness," which comprises the many different realms and facets of Imagindarium's Creation is an essential aspect of existence, meant to facilitate the coming to fruition of boundless potential entities, forces, and concepts to act in accordance to ceaseless expansion, all inherent to Imagindarium's design. Despite the incomprehensible vastness of these realms, entities within Creation have developed various frameworks and methodologies to navigate and map the known regions of existence. These frameworks, while never able to capture the full scope of Creation, offer a way for sapient beings to explore and interact with the cosmic landscape respective to its denizens, with them most often having to limit their created navigable methods to the scope of their own localized experiences: the "Known World" of Haven being a predominant example of this facet of realms.
Dimensions
The universe spawned from Imagindarium is one constructed upon the concept of "Dimensions." Separate from defined "realms" or "macrocosms," dimensions act as defined forms of existence in which construct the collective whole in which all realms and planes apart of Imagindarium's Creation inhabit, with each dimension serving as a distinct layer of reality that both influences, and is, in-turn, influenced by others. These dimensions act as the defining form and guideline in which concepts can or cannot exist within, with the concepts of spatial, gravitational, temporal, metaphysical, and conceptual all defined as inherent dimensions of reality all their own.
The existence of the universe's dimensions allows for the coexistence of multiple planes of existence that overlap, interact, and sometimes conflict They serve as the foundational framework upon which realms, like Ambrosia, Thavma, and Libation, are built, and they govern the fundamental laws that dictate the flow of time, space, energy, and thought within those realms. The universe's dimensions themselves also intersect and overlap, for which they enable the creation of complex, multifaceted realities, allowing different aspects of Imagindarium's design to unfold simultaneously across different planes. In this way, the dimensions not only shape the realms but also act as the unseen pillars that uphold the delicate balance and progression toward the Ultimate End, ensuring that everything continues in alignment with the cosmic purpose Imagindarium has set in motion.
Think of it as if the dimensions of reality are themselves the threads in which Amaranth, and the concepts spawned thereof, may act as a vast, intricate tapestry, with each dimension weaving Amaranth through the fabric of existence, connecting and reinforcing the layers of creation to create a harmonious and interconnected whole. Dimensions, while not separate from Amaranth, ultimately serve as the method in which Amaranth may define different forces of reality, and thus requiring them to exist with their own conceptual and ontological framework, forming a unique dimension in which they may inhabit. These distinct dimensions, in which these concepts exist within, are in equal levels a part of Amaranth directly and equally to that which inhabits physical reality in which the accumulative dimensions define as a connective whole.
Dimensions themselves are defined most often by the universe's inhabitants numerically, each comprising an often singular concept, often referred to as a "Omnicept," due to its universal import and influence over reality. Each dimension serves as a conceptual ontological container and regulator for its respective Omnicept, ensuring that the various forces of the universe remain in their respective functions parameters, and maintain the parameters of their framework to continue Creation's respective function.
The order of dimensions listed does not meet strict numeric standards, and instead is listed to its objective importance to the culmination of Imagindarium's design. With this in mind, the dimensions of existence are as followed:
"A'th"
- MAIN ARTICLE: "A'th"
The first dimension of reality, the A'th, is what is known as "True Space." Essentially, it is the defined existence in which both the concept of Imagindarium and Amaranth inhabit; "outside" of the universal structure of dimensions, realms and planes. As it cannot be fathomed that a creator remain extant within the creation in which it is creating, for conceptual comprehension, the A'th exists to explain the True Space in which the creating and driving force of reality inhabited, and continues to inhabit prior to, and immediately following the universe's creation. In this sense, the A'th acts as the primordial source from which all other dimensions and realities flow, an ontological existence where the fundamental forces of Imagindarium and Amaranth, which are one and the same, coalesce, and from this coalesce comes the foundation of existence itself, born from its sole creative intent.
Due to the esoteric "outside of time and space" definition of this dimension, and the fact Imagindarium's Creation is the defined form in which all reality can itself exist as, thus meaning nothing can exist separate from it, the A'th itself is an open contradiction to the rules set forth by the concepts, Imagindarium/Amaranth which "inhabit." It existed before the definitions of existence even began, a conceptual singularity of existence which begins to define itself as Creation emerged. As the origin point, the A'th would have to then transcend the conventional boundaries of space, time, and reality, serving as the primordial canvas upon which all other dimensions, realms, and planes are constructed. It would not be bound by the same laws that govern the rest of the universe, yet it remains intrinsically linked to every aspect of Creation, feeding its endless potential and ensuring the cosmic balance Imagindarium has woven into existence.
Ultimately, though; the definition of the "A'th" exists as an open and fully admitted contrivance of reality; a dimensional state meant to exist solely for an explanation as to where the creating force of all the universe itself exists within. This is simply due to the fact that something existing beyond time and space as a concept is largely irrelevant to its function, and ultimately a worthless distinction in every sense. If all entities of existence may only experience the forces spawned from Imagindarium/Amaranth, where the two-one exist themselves does not matter, at least not in contrast to the respective functions in which it spawned and forged.
But even as a contrivance; it is one born of necessity for reality to actually function in the parameters it has established. Sapient comprehension, regardless of mental fortitude or potency, cannot fathom a creation with a defined creator force; to then have said force of creation exist within the same state of ontological parameters of existence as the Creation itself exists within. Thus; it would be easy for one to assume that the A'th serves as a conceptual placeholder, providing a necessary framework for sapient beings to comprehend the existence of Imagindarium/Amaranth without violating the established ontological structure of the universe. It allows the mind to reconcile the existence of a creator force that operates beyond the bounds of its own creation, offering a way to contextualize Imagindarium's omnipresence in its Creation.
However, in the truth of the matter: the A'th dimension does indeed truly exist as an inherent and inspirable facet of Imagindarium's Creation. To comprehend its existence, a sapient mind must be able to accept the mere fact that Contradictions are indeed an intended facet of the universe, inherently and intentionally made incompatible with sapience as a mere concept. Indeed, the A'th is a paradox, but paradoxes aren't unintended by the universe's Creator, a concept inherently impossible for sapient minds to accept, even if largely unfelt by the respective conceptual observer. This paradox exists as a deliberate boundary that certain truths remain inaccessible, preserving the mystery of Imagindarium's design and safeguarding the deeper, incomprehensible forces that drive the universe toward its Ultimate End, beyond the grasp of even the most enlightened minds, so that its designed storyline remains un-perverted by its unwitting players.
Though ironically, while an extant facet of Imagindarium's Creation, the A'th itself does not serve ANY meaningful function beyond the stated assumed conceptual placeholder and framework. Amaranth itself is the force of import in respect to the discussed idea, and the A'th is nothing more than the term in which one can compartmentalize where and how Amaranth itself exists within, yet itself is not a separate conceptual entity from Amaranth, ultimately meaning Amaranth itself is its own dimension, and defined its own state of predetermined existence.
Presence of Totality
- MAIN ARTICLE: "Presence of Totality"
As the name suggests, the Presence of Totality, is the state in which accumulative existence inhabits; the material and immaterial facets of Imagindarium's Creation as a whole. This is the main dimension that the universe manifests itself as, formed from the culmination of the forces, Sources, and facets of existence in a harmonious and coherent whole. Thus with this mind, the Presence of Totality is in reference to the sum-total of ALL dimensions following this one combined into one and forming a singular coherent existence. In this way, each layer, dimension, and concept that comprises Imagindarium's Creation reinforces and perpetuates the vast, intricate design that binds all aspects of existence toward the culmination of the Ultimate End, an endpoint woven deeply into the universe’s fabric, beyond reach, yet always drawing all within its scope inexorably closer. The Presence of Totality, while appearing unified, is not a static or inert dimension; it is dynamic and ever-changing, shaped by the constant interaction of its constituent dimensions and the flows of Amaranth through them.
A way to think of the structure of the Presence of Totality is to imagine a system similar to an interconnected network of rivers and streams; each member of the network all flowing their respective accumulative contents into a singular enclosed sea; each river and or stream representing a distinct dimension. As each dimension exists in ontological space onto themselves, each of these dimensions flows into and contributes to the vastness of the Presence of Totality, where they merge, overlap, and coalesce into a singular entity. The Presence of Totality is not merely a container for existence; it is the active medium through which Imagindarium’s design operates, shaping and being shaped by the interplay of all dimensions which each contributing to the finalized whole.
In respect to this function, the Presence of Totality is the primary dimension of Creation; objectively and inherently designed to facilitate the entirety of the universe's on-goings and interactions. In practical terms, the Presence of Totality is both a framework and a state of being. It is the "container" for all existence and the "mechanism" through which existence functions.
Concepts
Imagindarium's Creation is wholly defined by the concepts which sprang forth from its creation. Each concept plays in equal part to the culmination of existence at its apex, though others have larger hands at work in this fulfillment of the End then others. For instance, the concept of "space" ultimately has more relevance in Imagindarium's grand design, then, say; the concept of "scent." Both of these concepts do indeed have their own respective roles of great import, yet one such as the concept of space holds sway over innumerable other concepts which comprise the universal whole, whilst the concept of scent has a much more narrow and personalized window of relevance.
Each of these concepts, whether of grand cosmic scale, or of microscopic scope, is intricately woven into the fabric of Imagindarium's Creation, ensuring that even the smallest notions serve a purpose within the broader cosmic framework. As well, the hierarchy of concepts is largely not of a rigid make, but rather one which is fluid, with their importance fluctuating depending on the context and scale of their influence. This isn't an inherency of course, with concepts like space, time, or gravity remaining one of immense universal importance, but ones such as Light or Darkness having more relevancy in the End's fulfillment then the other, dependent on respective universal era, all of which is to reinforce the interconnectedness and unity of all things within Creation.
The interplay between these concepts, like the forms in which existence itself plays out, is not merely passive in action, but dynamic, as each concept influences and is influenced by the others, shifting in prominence based on the unfolding events of Creation. This fluidity allows the accumulative universe to adapt, evolve, and respond to the ever-changing forces that guide it toward Imagindarium's Ultimate End. Concepts that may once have seemed insignificant can rise in importance as the grand design progresses, while others may recede, their purpose having been fulfilled for that era of existence. In this way, every concept, no matter how seemingly minor, has a moment where its significance becomes pivotal. Ultimately, these concepts are the tools through which Amaranth shapes reality, allowing the universe to continuously realign itself in accordance with the larger, unseen forces driving all existence toward its predestined culmination.
Sources
- MAIN ARTICLE: "Sources"
One of the most predominant concepts of Imagindarium's Creation is that of the Sources. What defines a distinctive "Source" is often hard for a being, mortal or immortal, to grasp, but in essence: a Source is an invisible energy field made from the distillation of a respective concept condensed into its purest, most literal form of self. These fields exist within their own dimensional ontological scope of reality; the Vithra Dimension, which itself is the conceptual container of energy itself. The concept of Sources influence every facet of Imagindarium’s Creation, providing the essential, unchanging forces that govern the universe's structure, balance, and continuity, and ensuring each respective concept a Source is comprised of continues its function unabated.
Sources exist within a separate stream to that of the wild and nebulous concept of "energy" within the Vithra Dimension, as a Source is a singular concept made condensed into pure energy only containing the fundamentals of said concept therein, and stripped of any external influence or variation. A Source is, therefore, the distilled essence of a concept in its truest form, existing beyond the mutable and fluctuating energies that propagate within the rest of the Vithra Dimension. As such, a Source serves as an unyielding conceptual anchor, and the purest, most ultimate form a concept may take in Imagindarium's Creation.
An individual Source holds within it the unchangeable properties of its concept of any make, meaning a Source can indeed be of an Omnicept concept like time, space, gravity et cetera. In fact: ALL Omnicepts are themselves Sources within the Vithra Dimension, and the only difference between the two as concepts is their use, with the Omnicept form being the broad use of it in existence in totality, whilst the Source being the concept's truest distillation, forced into a singular existence of pure energy. Amaranth itself is a Source, the truest and most ultimate Source, and the only capable of inhabiting within every other Source simultaneously, as Amaranth in every context of reality will remain infinitely intrusive and unobtrusive.
Diremptions
Diremptions, as a concept is used to define both concepts and Sources not exclusive to any one metatextual region of narrative existence, though not on the level of Omnicepts like Amaranth. Most often, Diremptions are defined Sources shared by Ambrosia, and the realm of the Mavimyst which is found in Thavma, as the latter was made to be a mirror of the antiquitus from the former. Diremptions, as a result, act as bridge-like forces that transcend individual realms, facilitating the flow of energy, concepts, and influence between distinct planes of existence, and subtly guiding the events and forces within them, ensuring that the two realms may have acts and entities spawned from the two forms of the shared Source the Diremption in question creates.
Diremptions often manifest in ways that reflect both realms' nature, usually forming two distinct forms. For instance; within Ambrosia, the Source "Celestial" forms the visible-light spectrum for its multitude of worlds, whilst within Haven, the main plane of the Mavimyst, the Source "Radiance" forms visible light for its own respective demiplanes. Each of these serve the exact same function in their respective regions of existence, yet both are unique in their presentation and nature of their existence, meaning both become Sources all their own, yet equal in narrative function and purpose to the universe.
