The Inner Sphere is a series of pocket dimensions closely tied to the Earthly plane. Some of these dimensions are inhabited by the Gods of Earth, (such as Asgard and Topan), demons, angels and other such entities.
Though the Inner Planes are mystical in nature, they are composed of the same elemental components (earth, wind, fire, and water) that make up the physical planes. The individual Inner Planes appear similarly to Earth, and as such, obey similar physical laws because they were formed with materials from the Earthly plane
