Encircling the star of Tythel in Midonia, Kai Sära is a rich garden planet populated by a diverse array of races from across the constellation, discovered during the year of 5602. The beating heart of the independent Särav Union, the planet is guided by Zendaria, an ancient digital being discovered in hibernation on the northern seabed. During a prolonged aetheric blackout, Kai Sära's pioneers turned to her in order to gain guidance. Once the population began to explode, Zendaria rose to become the official overseer, and the people established several governing councils whose members are elected by technical expertise.

Kai Sära's economy is largely focused on agriculture, aquaculture, and livestock breeding, importing a wide variety of vital goods throughout Mareina and beyond. Resource extraction on the planet is under strict regulation in order to preserve the native biosphere. The nation's prosperity has enabled vast, luxurious cityscapes to be constructed on the planet and extensive infrastructure to be established across Tythel's reaches.

Kai Kalju

Kai Kalju is a captured asteroid closely overlooking Kai Sära, orbiting the planet once every six and a half hours. It is thirty kilometers in diameter and largely composed of silicates and sparse metallic elements. Resorts and observations towers have been established on Kai Kalju, taking advantage of the otherworldly scenery. The asteroid's infrastructure, including an underground spaceport, is connected by a high-speed metro system.
