Kloploc

Template:InfoboxPlanetKloploc is a Pre-terraformed Mars-like planet, orbiting in the Seula Derqu System. It was discovered in the same year as Suela was, when the science ship that dicovered the system went on a "grand tour" of the star system. It is the third planet out, and has the remnants of an ancient pre-starflight civilization on its surface.

Geography

There is evidence to suggest that once upon a time, Kloploc had liquid seas of Methane, which the extinct lifeforms lived off. Small oil reserves deep underground have been discovered, suggesting that this planet had at least a partial mix of Organic and Non-Organic lifeforms living on it.

Past

It is predicted that 13 million years ago, the native creatures of Kloploc (which are now know as the Kloplocians) underwent a massive extinction event, which wiped out all life on the planet and most of it's atmosphere to. Signs of regular instability in Suela also date back to this period, suggesting that 13 million years ago, a massive solar flare ripped through the star system, destroying almost all life in its way. It is unknown how life on Fertasm, managed to escape.

Cities

Kloploc has numerous cities, the most notable being Nertassa Kloplocians, a city built in the ruins of the most intact Kloplocian city. It's name means in Etian, "We remember the Kloplocians". Obviously, the Et had no knowledge of the Kloplocians, let alone Kloploc!! So they had to substitute in the Xeno "Kloplocians" to suit it. Nertassa Kloplocians is mainly populated by Archaeologists, their families and their friends. So many Archaeologists wanted to study there, though, that they population is huge!! Another city is Ilo-Pquaaw, which is the trading hub of Kloploc. Many people come to Ilo-Pquaaw each year to not only trade, but also to socialise. It is the second largest city, after Nertassa Kloplocians, but is the most known throughout the local sector.Borealis Universe
