History
Much like most of the moons in this system, Rhuuno formed from its parent planet's debris field and was heavily bombarded in its early years by water-bearing comets, causing the formation of its underice sea. The life that formed within it was more evolved than it's counterpart lifeforms on Rhuuno at the time of its discovery by the Nok'Chu-Raa and K’weeeyyuu in 10501 CE.
With the help of the Nok'Chu-raa, the K’weeeyyuu colonists set up large spherical cities filled with water on the surface of the frozen moon. Portions of the cities stick out of the frozen surface. The moon's inner ocean was warmed further which caused an explosion of native life which the K’weeeyyuu discovered were edible but incompatible with native Ghuuno life. Currently Liotho is the third most populated K’weeeyyuu world in the Starbright System with 13.9 billion inhabitants.
