Overview
Mar'en Ukayien is one of the two current presidents of the Th'ega Federation. He was born in Ar'ion, the capital of Raelka in 199,866 CE to Kiar'en Ukayien and Clir'ae Katotsa. According to an interview he did, he was interested in politics as soon as he turned 7 (Standard time or a bit over 24 Kavlan years). This was confirmed by his parents, who said that he enjoyed political debate clubs in school. He then graduated from university with a degree in politics and later went on to become president of the Th'ega Federation, along with Izel'ae Druyen.
