Maxillan E. Schachner is the founder of ADW Arsenal and its subsidiaries. He holds doctorates in physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and economics.
In 1995 CE, he founded ADW Arsenal in New York City, New York. At the tender age of 21, Schachner had earned his doctorates in physics, economics, mechanical and electrical engineering. Schachner has multiple connections within the United States government and began contracting his company for various projects from the United States Army.
Schachner passed away on December 1, 2017 from natural causes.
