Miguel Correia is the former police chief of Orca Point and current enemy of the DinoForce. He is also the biological father of Laura Correia. After being publicly disgraced and fired from his job as Police Captain, and then humiliated in his own home by Victor Veloci, he was recruited by Antonio Umbra to work for his company Venator Cybernetics, who offered him the means to get revenge on Victor and anyone else who wronged him.
