What is this, some kind of Saurian War?
This content is within or about the Saurian War Universe.

Moro'ai is a large, tropical island located in the South Pacific.

History

Moro'ai was occupied by a mysterious Polynesian civilization who either died out or left the island around 1100. The island remained uninhabited until 1889 when English scientists came to the island to perform unethical and unorthodox experiments

Said experiments eventually rebelled and destroyed their creators, where the island became a mariner’s legend.

No outsiders set foot on the Island until the 1950s when M.Y.T.H.O.S. offered the island protection and status as a sovereign territory under the conditions that the agency would be allowed to rehome non-aggressive sentient entities on the island should they be discovered or created, that couldn't safely be held on Monster Island or ethically within Facility Alpha

Geography

Moro'ai is a volcanic island. It is a very large island dominated primarily by Moist Tropical Forests.

Moro'ai sits near the now sunken Northern coast of the lost sub-continent of Lemuria, as such it's native flora and fauna has several similarities with that of remaining Lemurian landmasses such as Skull Island and Greenhorn Island
