Morrigan Baxter

Morrigan Baxter is a 21 year old girl, and an employee for Venator Cybernetics in Orca Point Oregon. She was intentionally exposed to the Primordial Ooze by Antonio Umbra and Slimsnout Lagine, causing her to mutate into a mutant Troodon Borealis. She currently works as an intel agent for Venator Cybernetics, gathering information and spying on Antonio Umbra's rivals.

History

Morrigan was born in the small Canadian city of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island in the province of British Columbia. Morrigan was assigned male at birth but began her transition to female at the beginning of puberty. As a result most people don't know she wasn't born a woman unless she tells them herself, which she very rarely does. Morrigan spent the first 14 years of her life living in Nanaimo before moving to Orca Point as a result of her mother's employment for the Greene Foundation.

Morrigan has always had a fascination with weird animals, mutants, and things generally considered supernatural or occult, which led her to befriending Neil Buzzmani. Morrigan was also somewhat infamous at her highschool for stalking people she didn't like, as well as often listening in on conversations even if they had nothing to do with her. However, Morrigan's tendency towards spying was not always malicious as she sometimes did it out of genuine curiosity and fascination.

Morrigan has social media pages where she documents strange sightings and occurrences around Orca Point. Her boldness and professionalism in this hobby is what caught the attention of Antonio and Penny Umbra, who offered a position in the company shortly after she graduated highschool. Morrigan readily accepted the offer and quickly proved herself to be a valuable asset who could keep Alan Creck off Venator Cybernetics' trail.

Eventually, Antonio Umbra and his old accomplice Doctor Slimsnout Lagine decided to test the Primordial Ooze mixed with troodon DNA on Morrigan in an attempt to enhance her abilities in the field, and as an early test for Antonio's ultimate plans for humanity. The experiment was a success with Morrigan successfully mutating and developing the ability to switch between human and troodon form, greatly enhancing her efficiency in the field.

Morrigan later was the one who informed Penny Umbra of the whereabouts of Miguel Correia and Joanne Moynihan.

Personality

Morrigan is sly, very attentive of her surroundings, and is known for being very introverted. Morrigan was also somewhat infamous at her highschool for stalking people she didn't like, as well as often listening in on conversations even if they had nothing to do with her. However, Morrigan's tendency towards spying was not always malicious as she sometimes did it out of genuine curiosity and fascination, and Morrigan was just as, if not more prone to stalking her friends out of boredom or loneliness than she was people she disliked.

One negative side effect of her mutation was the development of a taste for human flesh which occasionally nearly gets the best of her, sometimes even while in human form.

Appearance

In human form, Morrigan has pale, freckled skin, and grayish-blue eyes. She has rose-gold colored hair, and slightly abnormally-long canine teeth. She has a lengthy build with decently muscular legs as a result of her frequent physical activity.

In troodon form, Morrigan is covered in brown feathers with blotches of white and black feathers along with them. She has white feathers on her underbelly. Her eyes are large and colored dark red.

Powers and abilities

Troodon Borealis Physiology
- Fangs - She has over sixty serrated, blade-like teeth.
- Talons - Troodon claws are incredibly sharp, able to cut through flesh with ease.
- Mimicry - Morrigan can mimic sounds and voices very well
- Superhuman Vision - Morrigan can see 20x times better than a human and can maintain this visual acuity even in near pitch-blackness.
Stealth - Morrigan is a stealthy individual in human form, and especially in troodon form.
Cunning - Morrigan is great at scoping out her surroundings and selecting ideal positions to trail people of interest from
Marksmanship - Morrigan is decent with a gun, but she dislikes using them as they are loud
