Overview

Of Wind and Rain is a IS:1 Templated Artificial Intelligence created as part of the 200 year plan. Based off of a human template, OWR is designed to regulate the reconstruction of Earth's biosphere and reversal of anthropogenic climate change.

Of Wind and Rain's central server is located in Geneva due to its central location and Geneva's historic significance as a place of climate meetings.

Function

Of Wind and Rain is an administrative AI, it is primarily in charge of worldwide management of global climates and is in charge of monitoring vital ecosystem health (such as the Amazon) and restoration and preventing enviromental violations.

Of Wind and Rain has access to most UN intelligence and has the authority to identify and neutralise targets of interest. It is considered the prime enforcer and effector of United Nations Enviromental Legistlation and is considered one of the most advanced of its type.
