Pandalian

Pandalians are an alien species native to Pandalus

Appearance and Biology

Pandalians look like large anthropomorphic shrimp. they possess ten limbs, four of which are used as legs, four of which are used as hands and the remaining two possess their large, and powerful claws.

Pandalians are protandric hermaphrodites, starting life as males but transitioning into females at puberty. Because of this they view the male sex as inherently juvenile and they tend to socially struggle around males of other species.

Culture

They are renowned for their cuisine, especially ‘Emiiwrl Lyd’ a dish very similar to fried rice.

Powers and Abilities

They possess armored exoskeletons to protect themselves from predators and have razor sharp edges on their antennae.

Some also possess the ability to create and fire powerful explosions from their claws.
