The People's Coalition of Erhm is a member nation of the Eulciar Union of Nations located in Eulciar. It controls a large portion of the outer halo of the galaxy, where the average distance between stars is ten to twenty light years.
History
The PCE has existed for over seventy thousand years, thirty thousand of which it has been part of the EUN. It was founded after the unification of the world of Erhm, a frozen world hosting inorganic life orbiting a red dwarf star in the halo.
Early History
PCE was a supra-national government organisation that united the world of Erhm. It invested all its recourses into spaceflight, but achieved it three hundred years after its founding. The audacious Barnel-Manwe expanded out into their system, colonised and Erhmforming other worlds in their system.
After two thousand years of confinement in their home system, they invented a FTL drive unique to them which let them traverse the void between the stars. The nation spread out extremely quickly, reaching over 50 million stars in a thousand years, and 150 million in ten thousand.
Joining the EUN
At this point they contacted other civilizations in the more dense areas of the Eulciar. They encountered the young Union of Eulciar Powers (later to be called the Eulciar Union of Nations), and became the fifth nation to join.
Modern History
As of today, the PCE is a bustling prosperous nation that covers 239 million stars in the outer halo of the Eulciar. It is one of the most multicultural societies in the entire galaxy, having only 45% of its population be its founding species.
Culture
Cuisine
The Erhmian cuisine, and by extension, the entire of the PCE's cuisine, is one of extravagance and indulgence. Many megatons of lab-grown meat, vegetables, and everything in between is consumed every second in the billions of high-class restaurants scattered around Erhmian Space.
Music and Dance
Music and Dance are prominent throughout the Coalition. Music is highly prised, as the Barnel-Manwe only discovered sound when they arrived at planets with atmospheres thick enough to support it. After they discovered it, the set about making it a prised possession in their culture.

Throughout the Coalition, there are numerous festivals celebrated once every Erhmian Year (a tenth of the total time it takes for it to go around their sun). Some of these include:

Astrography
The PCE exists on the fringes of Eulciar. Its extent is so large that from the outside it looks as if the PCE has colonised a huge shell of stars surrounding the core, whereas it actual fact it is a thin shell of stars and gas that are only loosely associated with the black hole at the centre.
Most major worlds are clustered around Erhm, with the exception of Volamr and Kajolar, which are located farther out and are the capitals of their sectors.
