Priborrim Nebula
The Priborrim Nebula is a relative unknown nebula about 16.3 million light years away from the true galactic center that enables its laws of physics to be unstable and chaotic but not enough to end up like the hypothesized quasi-stable region within Cosmoria located about 17 million light years from the center of it named Siebenelle. The nebula currently and will never be able to host life, planets and the such. the reason for this is the fact the laws of physics kills all new life.
