Raijin

Raijin is a planet orbiting a black hole nebula, it is a volcanic, toxic and nearly inhospitable environment. Despite it's hostile conditions it is home to a variety of life, notable the Butanians, a race of plasmatic creatures who live in the underground sulfur caves.

Geography

Raijin has no oceans, all of it's water is found within the geology of the planet. Though several large, noxious lakes dot the surface. Otherwise the surface of the planet is covered in volcanic rock and dessicated dirt.

Sapient Species

Raijin is the homeworld of the Butanians, somewhat humanoid creatures composed entirely of fire burning around a rocky skeleton.

Wildlife

Kaiju - Various superlarge organisms live on the planet, primarily consisting of Petrovores that live underground or in the molten seas and lakes, feeding of lava and metal
Lava Jay - an avian species comprised of a carbon skeleton, producing a flaming body construct. they nest within active volcanoes and lava floes and have been semi-domesticated by the Butanians
