Sakaar

Sakaar, the homeworld of the Sakaarans and other species stranded from many parts of the galaxy.

Also known as a planet of junk, it is a Temperate E-class world with life. It’s first appearance was in Thor Ragnarok. Like Saturn’s moon Titan, this is where the Navi end up on.

Overview

Sakaar made its first appearance in the move Thor Ragnarok. When Thor loses its hammer and tries to escape Hela, he’s gets thrown all the way to this planet. When he got there, he met Valkyrie. He also met the Hulk, you can find out more about this planet on the Marvel Cinematic Universe wiki.

Population

Sakaar has a Population of 6 Billion people, but Sakaarans. This planet has 30% of water. In 2017, Neytiri was taken all the way to this planet in the Valkyrie Space Shuttle and the ISV Venture Star after she was transformed back into a human. After she got there, she decided to head back to Earth because she remembered her family on the planet.

Climate

This world has 30% water. It has no oceans, just some lakes and rivers.

History

Sakaar was once a Temperate D-class world, when colonized in 1723, it was terraformed in 1795. The First Galatic Republic built cities on this planet, but when terraforming began, they built tall towers.
