The Great Sea's Archipelago, also known as Kūdvol Kotōn, Koströll, or numerous other names across these isles, is home to numerous diverse cultures, separated by water or the void, making travel between these islands incredibly difficult and expensive. Only thanks to the developments made around mana can they be traversed with any certainty. Lumis, the sole sentient residents of these isles belong to many distinct ethnic groups, scattered throughout these islands. From the majestic flying city of Voi, to the rich oral traditions passed down through the bards of Þakngönds, every island, every culture, is unique.
Collaboration
Illumination is semi-open to collaboration.
With the exception of the person I’m literally making the setting with (Soulfinder), this Scope is generally closed to collaboration for the worldbuilding side, however feel free to take any ideas, names, or general inspiration from this Scope. If you wanna write in this Scope, feel perfectly free to add on content that is consistent with the worldbuilding.
Guidelines for collaboration include the standard of simply asking the Scope owner, as well as staying within the written limits of what is possible in this world. As long as the worldbuilding is not contested by what is written, feel free to write your own characters and storylines here!
Interaction With Other Scopes
