Overview

Ambrosia, often referred to as the "Ambrosia Galaxy," or the "Amaranth Realm" is one of the the two primary settings within the Scope of Imagindarium's Creation. Created by LordSkorne7, its genre is set as a "soft sci-fi/science fantasy," meaning it takes place within interstellar/intragalactic setting, with all events taking place within a single galactic structure.

Ambrosia is unique in that it is the only region of the universe where finite worlds of coherency exist, making it the focal point of civilizations, conflicts, and cosmic narratives. The setting blends elements of soft science fantasy, featuring:

  • Vast interstellar empires competing for dominance and survival.
  • A diverse range of alien races, each with unique cultures, technologies, and histories.
  • Ancient, godlike magical entities that shape the course of reality itself.

Ambrosia's entire narrative revolves around the "Great Dyad," a title given to the two central figures: Syx Corsage and Seven Novum. Their existence and actions serve as the cornerstone of the setting, shaping its events, conflicts, and ultimate destiny. Nearly every aspect of Ambrosia ties back to the overarching story of Syx Corsage and Seven Novum in some way, making their journey the central thread of the setting.

Because of their significance, the Ambrosia setting is sometimes referred to as "Syx and Seven" in external, on-site discussions, though this title is never used within the lore itself.

Additionally: Ambrosia serves as the primary setting for the majority of events tied to the "Line to the End," a crucial concept within Imagindarium's Creation as a whole. This concept directly connects to the "Ultimate End," the most pivotal concept within the entire scope of the universe. Each event that makes up the Line to the End being the narrative stepping-stones lead to the Ultimate end's coming to fruition.
