Shia LeMont, better known as The Boatman, is a Trafficker, Poacher, and Pirate operating across the Great Lakes.

History

Born in Montreal, Canada, young Shia grew up loving fishing and boating. During His high school years, Shia began to illegally fish, as well as other moderate crimes, often involving Water. After turning 18, he left Montreal for Michigan, USA were he continued illegally fishing. Following The Lake Huron Monster Incident of 2005, a large amount of instability grew in the region, causing various kinds of Black Market activities to spring up, taking advantage of this, Shia began smuggling various goods Across the lakes, resulting in him making massive profits, allowing him to dominate the space and become the one of the largest Criminals across the Lakes, His success would only grow following the K'keeri invasion and subsequent return of Hero's and Villains.

Personality

Shia has little to no patience for incompetence or disrespect, often making an example of people whom he dislikes if he feels they offer him nothing. One of the worst ways to tip him off is by refusing to speak French outside the confines of a business, doing so can result in "walking the plank". Besides that Shia's personality is very much the same as the typical Maritime criminal, one of ruthlessness, persistence, and skill.
