The Sowa Intergalactic Entente (often shortened to The Entente, and nicknamed as the Engineer of The Alliance) is a trans-boreal, self-identifying socialist collection of states, which is located inside of the 7-L Cluster. The Entente is primarily focusing on the well-being of its workers and citizens, and treats them in a sort of equal way. As a result of this equality to the people, there are only a few social classes that the Sowa Intergalactic Entente employs.
The Sowa Intergalactic Entente is mostly known for this equality, as many workers who have been treated unfairly have seeked a new life there. Starting businesses in the Entente are reportedly easier, as a result of the many people working to help eachother out.
While being a self-proclaimed socialist nation, the Sowa Intergalactic is leaning towards being much more democratic, like the other four nations of the Alliance. There are many elections, which occur every 46.72 standard years. There are also true classes of people, somewhat based on their monetary status.
This true equality is likely the closest that any nation could ever get in the reaches of a Type-4 civilization, as the empire sprawl is difficult enough to manage on a more democratic nation. This has sort of been remedied by the higher levels of autonomy in the Sowan states, which lets said states have their own true leaders, and an election system. There are also technologies employed by the Entente, which is specifically designed to cater citizens to their needs, and to keep them under a firm grasp.
Military
The Sowa Intergalactic Entente constitutes a military which is in similar style to The Supreme, or DELYATU. This is because they hold a large amount of small drones, stations, with a relatively minimal amount pilots doing the dirty work on larger ships. These drones and stations are all under control by a loyal and confident artificial superintelligence, which is named POLIKY. The information of POLIKY is on its own article.
The Sowan military, like the most of The Alliance, is constantly checked up and updated to its best form. As a result of the sheer numbers of drones, there has only been one successful invasion against the Sowa Intergalactic Entente, which is being performed by The Supreme. Even still, The Supreme is currently having trouble with their sheer technological advantage.
