Sir,
1. Following the incidents that have occurred in the Frontier Colonies in recent weeks, FSCOMM Report 15, Colony Incidents (U), has been prepared and is enclosed with this communique. The report contains a summary of the incidents, analysis of the situation, and recommendations for future action.
2. In summary, there have been a total of six incidents in the last month in the Frontier Colonies, with casualties and damage reported in all cases. The incidents appear to be linked and were likely carried out by a single hostile entity. The identity and motive of the entity are currently unknown.
3. Our naval intelligence investigation indicates that the hostile entity may be using sophisticated technology and tactics, and it is possible that they have access to foreign information regarding our military capabilities and operational procedures. Therefore, we recommend that all Frontier Colonies review and update their security protocols and enhance their surveillance and detection capabilities.
4. We have also prepared a list of casualties (X) for your information. The list includes both military personnel and civilian casualties, and we are currently in the process of notifying next of kin.
5. Naval Directive 523 (UX) has been issued to all Frontier Colonies, outlining the recommended security measures and requesting increased vigilance and reporting of any suspicious activity. We have also deployed additional resources to the area, including orbital reconnaissance UAS and a sundry of task forces to conduct patrols and provide support as needed.
6. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary. In the meantime, we recommend that all Frontier Colonies exercise caution and follow the security protocols outlined in Naval Directive 523 (UX).
FSCOMM stands ready to provide any additional support or resources that may be needed to address this threat.
Vice Admiral, Frontier System Fleet Command (FSCOMM)
