The system of origin of Myricant and the home to the only xenoid species in the Milky Way, the Tasun system is one of uniqueness and great importance. The life goal of all Myricanascians is to physically make the journey to this system, though more specifically, the planet Greengarden which is considered sacred to them. Despite the presence of the stone age Nymbrae on Greengarden, solspawn have still built significant infrastructure across the system, but for religious reasons very little has been built on Greengarden to avoid interfering with the Nymbrae.

Tasun

Tasun is the beating heart of its system, producing the majority of heat and light compared to its red dwarf twin Eneci. Its name, while of Nymbrae origin, actually comes from the solspawn phrase "the Sun", as many of the Nymbrae languages had no proper name for it prior to contact. The other celestial bodies in the system are also referred to by their Nymbrae names (bar Greengarden), including those that the Nymbrae had no knowledge of until the arrival of solspawn.

Eneci

While very small and cool even as far as red dwarfs go, Eneci plays an important role in the system, being the central star for 4 out of its 9 planets. As it is so small and dim, it does not appear significant from Greengarden's sky and as such has not been seen as important for the Nymbrae throughout their history.
