Overview
The Archetypes are the offspring of a non-thaumasomatic being and a P.B-either through artificial experiements or the P.B parent using magic to materialize and be capable of reproduction. As P.Bs can be found in many places, they have no one set homeland. They get their name from what is "archetypal" or very typical behaviour which they are said to exhibit based on the exact type of P.B they can trace their ancestry too.
Physical
An Archetype tends to look like their non-thaumasomatic parent, but faintly transulent and glowing, more solid around their middle and more translucent around their extremities. They also inherit features thematic to their P.B parent's subject, although these are more subtle in comparsion to their parent's. When looking at an Archetype, they can seem vaugly "unreal", like seeing a person in a dream, or a realistic work of art.
In addition to inhereting their non-P.B parent's diet, they also gain sustenance from being around their P.B parent's subject, such as the offspiring of a doloral P.B gaining power from sorrow and tragedy.
Behaviour
Typically, Archtypes tend to be drawn to their P.B parents subject, be that a part of nature, a man made thing or a concept, thus rendering them narrow minded and predictable in some peoples eyes, but the ways they express it vary wildly. For example Archetypes born from aboreal P.Bs can express their love for trees through religion, song, dance, painting, forestry, enviromental campaigning and more!
Archetypes also tend to have a fascination with folk tales and myths with simple, "archetypal" characters.
In addition, they tend to make good magic users, due to their semi-thaumasomatic nature, and can interact with "full-blooded" P.Bs easier thanks to their ancestry.
Government and Culture
Historically, Archetypes have not had one unified culture or government, instead blending in with the culture of their non P.B parent, sometimes facing ridicule for their fixtated interests. In more recent times, around 90,000 CE, Archetypes have tried to form communities with other Archetypes on shared ancestry and experiences.
These communities are often refered too as "Archetypal Villages", every archetype in such a place is assigned a role based on their talents, all looking the perfect part of whatever profession they have. These places are often enchanted with the Archetypes' magic for varying reasons, usually to add a bit off excitement and wonder to their village, and to particulary make it seem like something out of their culture's fairy tale-owning to their fascination with such things.
