			After [[War of the Ancients]], The Administrator held on to the contempt it harbored for The Alliance, long after most nations stopped caring. It invested whole number percentages of the energy it controlled into developing a functional Warp Generation Ship. Only after a few weeks of research, The Administrator had made a working prototype. They would then soon build their first [[Long Range Wormhole]] gateway, and then placed the end points of the wormholes next to the Warp Generation Ship. The ship was soon sent off to The Alliance.

			After approximately 5000 years, the ships made it to Alliance Space. They went dormant until The Administrator commanded them to activate when they recorded massive ship movement in the Alliance.

			Immediately, The Administrator made good on its promise to destroy the Quintet Puontari Federation, and attempted to do just that. The Administrator found that it could take any one member nation of the alliance, if The Administrator committed atrocities, victory was likely. However, this still would be a challenge because of The Alliance's nation count, and their technological upper hand. This did not deter them from starting their invasion, and battles began swiftly.

			''It was a slaughter. Once The Administrator's invasion had begun, it seemed as if it would never end. The opening of more Long Range Wormholes had made matters worse. The Administrator was burning through entire galaxies to fuel this invasion. The most prone nation, the [[Sowa Intergalactic Entente]], was going to be crippled, and lose many valuable worlds. However, they had their own weapon that The Administrator knew all too well.''

			''The Sowa Intergalactic Entente activated [[POLIKY]] towards the military branches, and it acted quickly. POLIKY instantly matched with The Administrator's tactics, and a quenching stalemate was reached. The Administrator, afraid to re-enact the [[Tloinin War]] or the War of the Ancients, moved their Long Range Wormholes around the 7-L Cluster, and decided to flank POLIKY. This partially worked, and there is currently a painful stalemate at the edges of the 7-L Cluster.''

			Eventually, after seeing that The Administrator had arrived, the[[The Seekers\| ]]Alliance informed POLIKY to tell the major nations about what was occuring. POLIKY sent them many messages, with the primary intention of informing every nation in the [[Local Universe]] about The Administrator and DELYATU's real identities.

			The Transcript only confirmed the suspicions of The CoB and Commonwealth, as they had uncovered multiple Seekite starships containing data suggesting that The Tloinin and Vlanoan Empires were, in fact, Artificial Intelligences. In December of 99999 CE, The CoB and Commonwealth, as well as a host of other nations decided to intervene. Some wanting to gain favor with the AI's, some wanting to destroy them, and some wanting to take advantage of the chaos, and gain influence in the the Local Universe. However, these nations are not fools.

			The major nations know that Super Intelligences are hard to defeat, so a cold war broke out, no side wanted to make the first move. They began moving troops to the boarders, and tried to persuade nearby nations to join the effort. A virtual "iron curtain" fell between the two sides.
