The blaring of the excessive heart-rate alarm did not help Aleksy's fear. In fact, the glaring "252" flashing in the corner of his vision did the exact opposite. Not only were his surroundings occluded by this one warning, but dozens. Stress levels were well beyond acceptable, at levels Human beings have rarely ever experienced. The neurons within his brain, forced to witness such a being as Titania, were initiating mass apoptosis. Were it not for Aleksy's compliment of neural-nanites, he would have fallen into a state of brain death.
Aleksy, barely lucid, spent his last moments regretting his decision to volunteer. He had seen all manner of the horrifying, eldritch, or nightmarish in his time; this is why he was the logical choice for this mission. The mission was simple, infiltrate Titania's palace, measure her Thaumic potential, and leave. Well now the generals had their numbers and fortunately for them, they would never view the recording of just how those numbers were retrieved.
The seconds stretch into what felt like hours as Aleksy ran through the meandering hallways of the palace, the various guards unable to stop him as he easily dispatches them with his own thaumic abilities.
"Guards...? What are they guarding that could possibly not defend itself!?"
Aleksy's soul itself had been imparted to the real inhabitants of this universe. The arrogance of interloping upon the realm of the universe's true owners punished, not by them who could not care less, but by reality itself. The process of souls shattering, most redolent of the process by which matter and antimatter annihilate, engenders not merely destruction but a restructuring. The restructured soul, both destroyed and flourishing, is unable to interact with the brain in a manner fitting physical beings. Even the guards of this palace, who have experience with reactions like these, would be more comfortable in the presence of someone who is merely insane, whose behavior still belongs within the realm of the mortal.
Behind Aleksy was as ornate throne room, a chandelier-like throne hanging from a ceiling so high that the room sustained its own blue sky. Within it the physical manifestation of Titania, an idea so unknowable that any brain viewing it attempts to fill in the blanks. Like a dream, the brain places its own interpretation of the signals its receiving. In the case of Titania, the signals were interpreted as an unhallowed mass giving off the impression of an infinite constellation of gears, pulleys, wires, engines, and all other mechanical apparatuses that could exist in this and and any other reality.
Not only did they exist in dozens of higher dimensions; they existed outside of the dimensional hierarchy altogether. Interspersed within this hideous orchestra of machinery were eyes, peering into the vastness of space, time, and other concepts foreign to every extant being save for Aleksy and Titania's cohort. These truths, hidden from mortals, metastasized within Aleksy's mind, tearing it apart as they enter it and crushing it to dust as he mulls them over.
Even in this wild state reminiscent of insanity, the milliseconds of time spent on each of these concepts were enough to debilitate even the most intelligent of beings. The art of protecting one's soul from these things was tens of thousands of years away from Aleksy, close compared to the depth of time which Titania gazed.
Thirty seconds after Aleksy fled the throne room, he collapsed, the machines inside his head mutinying as the heat generated by their frantic movements begin boiling the contents of Aleksy's skull. In a show of gore, Aleksy becomes the latest example to the guards of why they should never enter the room of their queen. The truths of the cosmos remained hidden.

Titania was a major prophet within the religion of Ibaradism, stateswoman, politician, Paladin, and founder of the Church of the Fae Queen who is widely known for possessing great abilities. While completely unwilling to practice proper Thaumaturgy, believing it to be sinful, Titania had an extreme presence within the Lux Aeterna. Her Thaumic potential was often overwhelming to the average person, causing only the most powerful Magi to be the only individuals who could directly look upon her. Once transforming into her true form, rather, once leaving form as a concept, she would become incomprehensible not in the sense of being too grand or complex, but in the sense that she is not meant to exist within mortal minds as an idea.
Titania's official title is "Fae Queen," and her followers believe her to be one of the most important beings to have ever lived within the universe. While she was extant, she exercised great power over trillions of faithful, prompting many governments to attempt to spy on her. Failing that, they attempted numerous times to develop technology that could subdue her. Even 20,000 years after her disappearance, the technology to do this is well out of reach.
Titania's view of the universe characterized Cosmoria as a chaotic imperfect place. The vast majority of reality, according to Titania, was occupied by higher realms. The wider Cosmos was said to be a grand gallery of universes created by Ibarados, who took pity on Cosmoria, the one reality created by her daughter, Kokos. Titania's views have done much to shape the modern religion of Ibaradism as well as the wider culture of Aylathiya.
Biography
Early Life
Titania has no clear origin, simply spontaneously manifesting sometime in 54,726 CE. She came into existence near Eos through an unknown mechanism. Firsthand accounts describe a nova appearing in its skies for several days around this time. Titania spent most of her early life traversing the universe, interacting with many of its rulers. Her first documented stop was Sedrua, then the spiritual center of much of Cosmoria. Within days of arrival, she generated significant controversy by questioning Sydiah's authority, an unspeakable crime at the time.
After this point, she toured the Providence Union but remained unconvinced by its various and conflicting religions. Her presence was additionally disruptive. Unlike Sedrua which had experience with bizarre entities, usually called Overlords, the Providence Union only had stories of these beings. The government kindly asked her to leave their territory.
After briefly observing the High Warlock and observing the Cerulean Kings, Titania returned to her place of origin frustrated. There were no answers as to why there was a universe at all. Even Azurade, perhaps the most powerful being in Cosmoria, had no answer. After decades more searching, visiting even the most obscure of worlds in search of the truth, some revelation that must clue her into the origin, she found an answer in the Atlins. A small sect of the species, with a population of less than one thousand, had an answer that satisfied Titania and its name was "Ibarados."
Embrace of Ibaradism
This small sect of Atlins had quite the controversial belief at the time, that the Angels of Aeternalism, of which Sydiah was a part, were ultimately powerless in the universe. They were bound by time, space, and even death at the hands of beings more powerful than them. When examining these beings, it seems they are similarly bound. To this small group, there would be an infinite chain of ever-more powerful beings culminating in nature itself, which could only be bound by itself. They called nature "Kyuos," and the force through which nature acted, "Ibarados."
For Titania, who failed to see the divinity in any of Cosmoria's inhabitants, she loved the idea of that the only divinity would be nature itself. These early believers became Titania's new flock. This is when she gained the title of "prophetess," as millions converted to this new interpretation.
Titania and her followers lived on Eos in a small settlement that they gladly donated their savings to construct. Called Al Phos, the city would be where Titania spent most of her time for the rest of her life. Despite the massive amount of conversion from dozens of species, the religion remained a minor sect of Aeternalism. They were viewed as radical cultists devoted to a bizarre entity they always kept hidden in the center of their town.
The Triumvirate
"Impossible!," Titania shouted, her voice more a telepathic emanation than a sound.
"There is nothing impossible about my master," a humanoid disturbance in reality itself stood before Titania. Unlike the prophetess, the gears which composed it seemed merely conceptual, with its physical form resembling the long-extinct Svartálfar species. The humanoid stood alone in Titania's ever-expanding throne-room, somehow able to stand her presence. He was cloaked in thick fabric unsuitable for the high temperatures of Al Phos. Even so, he seemed fully composed, confident
"There is another like me?"
"Yes. They would love to speak with you."
The humanoid produced an envelope from within its cloak, composed of ultra-durable parchment and etched with ink made of gold. Contained in it were a series of random scribbles, incomprehensible as a writing system except when viewed as a whole. The entire mess of a drawing, composed of thousands of phonemes that only made sense in context, was Holos' message.
"Dearest Titania," began the messenger, "Perhaps the most important choice of your existence now lies before you. What will you do, o prophetess? Do you choose to join Holos on its quest to unify Cosmoria? To bring ultimate peace to it? Will you become a master of the universe or simply watch as Holos begins their quest? I can promise immense renown, fame beyond compare. I am sympathetic to your message, humbled by the insinuation that there are beings yet more powerful than myself. As the slayer of Ohko, the former angel, I thought myself to be unrivaled in reality. Titania, will you help me learn more about my place in the universe? I need an advisor in my quest—"
"YES!" Titania released a blast of telepathic energy which technically would be perceived as, "yes" were there someone around to hear it. Instead, the messenger was extinguished like a fire in a wind storm.
One of only two of the dozens to accept the invitation, Titania became the third and final founder of the Triumvirate Civilization. Along with Ma'eau, Holos and Titania created an unassuming civilization.
