Torpedo the Electric Ray

Topedo is a Mutant Pacific Electric Ray who originally lived in the Orca Point Bay, she was caught by Penny Umbra and mutated using Primordial Ooze she stole from Joan Moynihan.

History

Torpedo lived as any normal member of the Pacific Electric Ray species, she spent her entire life in the Orca Point Bay area, feeding on creatures beneath the sand. until she was caught in a net set out by Penny Umbra and mutated by Primordial Ooze.

Personality

Torpedo is somewhat shy and nervous, but she cares about doing what's right, and her naivety leads her into believing and trusting in people who don't have her best interests in mind.
