Tyler (RS 0-7-936228-1170-287-8-2469835-2 A4 in v. 980) is a tidally locked E-Class world orbiting the star Kyuxa. The planet has a diameter of 10,947 km and is the home of the Urmonians. Its atmosphere is composed of 73.4% carbon dioxide, 14.2% oxygen, 12.2% nitrogen and 0.2% sulfur dioxide. Its sunlit ocean features two large islands and a multitude of tiny volcanic islands.
Life
The Urmonians are a technologically advanced terrestrial species. All of their cities are domed and Irtra-nou is their capital. They share their planet with numerous other species, including the bacterial Zecharians.
Discovery
The planet was discovered by humans in the year 2674 CE, when they first landed on it. They were captured by three Urmonian starfighters and then freed after saying they came in peace. The Urmonians thereafter became one of the Confederacy's largest allies.
