Overview

The United Systems of Kaltashka (USK) is a powerful and densely populated interstellar democracy located in the Kaltashka Galaxy. It spans numerous systems but is administratively centered around the cool terra planet Orequanna, located near the galactic core.

With a population of 132 trillion, the USK is a major player in the region. The megacity of Farresti'tia on Orequanna alone houses approximately 855 million inhabitants, while around 30 billion reside on the capital planet overall.

Government

The USK operates under a democratic government with separate executive, legislative, and military branches. Political diversity is robust, with major parties ranging from socialism to far-right extremism: - Kktas (Conservative) - Mewta (Socialist) - Atraqua (Center/Neutral) - Mewtranuqasta (Communist) - Kktastranuqasta (Fascist/Ultra-Right)

Its main currency, the Jlastos, is also converted to C-Units for intergalactic trade.

Diplomacy

The USK is one of the few nations in the Kaltashka Galaxy with open travel protocols. In 20,053 CE, it signed a freedom-of-movement treaty with the Quara'ke Trifecta, allowing unrestricted migration between the two polities. This treaty greatly boosted cultural exchange and economic interdependence.
