Outreach Goals
To gain new and active members in Amaranth Legacy: Preferably authors and worldbuilders. Additionally: Any "lurker" which joins is also welcome as it assists in this primary goal.
Outreach Guidelines
- Outreach to only people or groups that you think would be interested in what we do here at Amaranth Legacy.
- Be clear in what you are asking them to join; explain we are a Self-Hosted Wikimedia-based writing/worldbuilding community first and foremost. Any extra flair is up to you.
- Provide a link to both our site, and the Discord Server in all Outreach ventures.
- Accept "no" as an answer and move on: Don't pester!! Instead; wish them well, and give a final note that they are always free to change their mind.
- Tell your fellow Committee members that said person or persons joined through your Outreach so we can keep track of it on our Ledger. Conversely: Any unsuccessful Outreach should be noted as well.
- Any person or persons joined through Outreach but prove to be of an ill-fit for Amaranth Legacy — after their removal — voluntary or not — will be noted in our Ledger. No fault on part of the Committee Member will be given. (We can't predict people)

Onboarding Guidelines
- Be clear. Be concise.
- Do not bog them down with unneeded details — like how we used to be an SE Wiki — or like how we used to be one canon. Only bring these up if they are relevant.
- Provide where they can find guides on the site with your Onboarding messages.
- Note down any Onboarding done so it may be added to our Ledger.
