The Carremmat Ro'kasa is one of the major powers within the Apple Nebula, and a member of the Alliance of Five. Whilst by territory, it is the second smallest amongst the member nations of the Alliance, the Carremmat Ro'kasa holds a unique advantange of being nearly free of infighting, due of nigh-perfect unity and coordination as a vast technological group mind.

The Carremmat Ro'kasa was formed out of necessity by the Var'kasa as the region around their homeworld, Dena'kau'da, began to produce gargantuan stars that explode in dangerous supernovae alongside the protective magnetic field of their homeworld begining to wane. It embraces biomechanical modification alongside mental linking for the purpose of surviving in the otherwise lethal environment from the place that the Carremmat Ro'kasa calls home. However, over time, the mental linking is taken unto a whole new level, uniting the thoughts and minds of every Var'kasa present, into the Carremmat, the Collective Will of the Var'kasan.

The Carremmat Ro'kasa is considered quite isolationist in the political stage of the Apple Nebula, trying to not participate in any major events; unless it directly relates to their continued existence, such as the Karakalum-Nardul War, and the more recent and dire War of the Broken Bow. However, this does not mean it is more accepting or tolerant to other people. Just like every other Alliance of Five member, Carremmat Ro'kasa has committed a multitude of terrible atrocities to other people, most notably the Kalsin Genocide, where a small enclave of Var'kasa who resisted merging into the Collective, was murdered down to the very last individual by the proto-Carremmat after a short but brutal war for them.

Government

The Carremmat Ro'kasa does not have any form of traditional government, but instead it is driven by the will of the Collective. However, having no leader does not from an efficient and responsive government. Generally, a leader will be the "individual" with the highest amount of sheer computational power, albeit for astronomical scales (on par with entire star systems) multiple minds will be in charge. Between stellar-system sized groupings, there seems to be no form of visible hierarchy.
