Wildlife
Bright-horn - Also known as the Van Meter Visitor, after an infamous case of one of these creatures escaping from a wildlife collector's spacecraft into a rural Iowa town. Bright-horns fill the niche of Hawks and Eagles on the Jo'daktan and Megnegti Plains. They use bolts of energy from their head to dispatch prey and fend off predators or rivals. They are also efficient scavengers, feeding off corpses.
There are many species of gigantic Kaiju that roam Vaass-ae-lixxx’s surface, many of these creatures feed upon the atmospheric plankton that is sky-chokingly abundant, many others photosynthesize, but others still may feed upon geothermal energy, radiation or chemicals that flow from the planets center through deep vents.
Domestic Protarerops are small reptilian livestock raised primarily by the two Velociripper species. There are a variety of breeds for many uses ranging from guarding homes, to war-mounts, food and pets many being wildly different form one another.
Wild Protaretops are an endangered species now found in only a few remote deserts and scrublands mostly along the southern coasts of Jo’dakta. They are small generalist grazers and browsers, being able to process almost any plant they will come across on the scrublands.
Bulletproof Saich are large armored reptilians native to the deserts and scrub-lands of Megnegt and Zamyn'Khon.
Sand Lurkers are dangerous subterranean predators native to the deserts and wastelands of Jo’dakta and Megnegt. They are completely blind and hunt by sensing vibrations through the ground. They also have good senses of smell and hearing.
Dromaeids are small, carnivorous creatures found all over the planet, and are widely considered pests. these sneaky creatures are hardy and adaptable, and can often found on spaceports having stowed away on ships that have traveled to Vaass-ae-lixxx. They are a close genetic relative of the Antirrhopusapien

Mellifer Trees are an extremely odd species of plant, and are close relatives to the Bicephalon, Tricephalon and several Kaiju varieties. Mellifer Trees are unique for two main reasons, which, ultimately stems from the same biological processes. Mellifer Tree seeds are more like eggs which hatch into the tree’s larval form, which are small, mobile animal like creatures, often possessing wings.
when mature these trees transition into a more standard, sessile tree-like form but as a means of defense they produce hundreds of thousands of miniature animal-like drones which vary dramatically from one another. These drones are comtrolled by the main tree via pheromones.
