Velevev Authority is the ability to act on behalf of Ma'eau, the creator of most life in Aylathiya. The ability derives from a connection between Ma'eau and the user via their Minds. Ma'eau, as an unconscious force, maintains all ecosystems in Aylathiya, therefore granting it a great amount of influence over its life. Those with Velevev Authority can petition Ma'eau to do any number of things within its power, from rendering opponents unconscious to inducing cardiac arrest. Almost all abilities are based on interfering with internal microbiomes.
The ability is very uncommon, with most users dying out as the Paladins devoted to Ma'eau largely disappeared after the Ma'eau War. Since Ma'eau was rendered unconscious by the conflict, it grants the ability very rarely. Often, individuals devoted to the protection of nature earn it. This small community of individuals granted the ability usually defends unintelligent life, even life not created by Ma'eau.
