Victor Veloci

Victor Veloci is the Founder and CEO of the BioEngineering and Technology Company, DeinonyCorps. He currently oversees the DinoForce in an effort to contain and study the Primordial Ooze.

History

Early Life and Teenage Years

Born 65 million years ago in the Laramidian floodplains, Victor had a relatively normal raptor childhood, spending his days chasing lizards, dragonflies and the like, playing with his siblings and exploring the wilderness. During his constant exploration Victor gained a fascination with the natural world, specifically with the other creatures that lived in the forests and fields around his home. He also displayed a sense of cunning, that was seemingly absent or not nearly as strong as his siblings. He would often concoct elaborate schemes to do things he wasn’t supposed to, or to find new thing around the raptor colony. These schemes earning him a reputation of being weird, creepy and sneaky. This reputation led to him not having many friends. One friend he did have however, was Zet Langston, who was equally sneaky and crafty and had a similar attraction to trouble.

Due to his cleverness however, Victor was offered a position at the Laramidian Science Institute as a biologist. Victor focused his attention and research on the offshore Mesabi Island, specifically the island’s populations of Mesabicorax. Even at the institute, Victor found ways to spend plenty of time with his best friend, Zet, who was working in the Institute’s robotics division.

Personality

Victor is an emotionally stunted, socially awkward guy who despite his silver tongue and anger-induced outbursts is genuinely really nice once you get to know him. Victor often has a hard time being open about things, thinking he should remain stoic and detached from others as a way to keep his company and by extent his family safe. Because in reality, Victor still bears the scars of a rough childhood and the trauma of the meteor strike, and he desperately wants a family of his own.
