	'Vikja' is the term used to describe all the ~~Shifting~~ ~~Kinde~~ - Anyone who belongs to any of the Shifting Kinde is considered a Vikja. They were created by various [[Gögna-Vaettr]], for a variety of different reasons.		'Vikja' is the term used to describe various individuals, from across all known Kinde, that possess the capacity to Shift - To transform from their baseline for into a powerful monster without the use of [[Taekni]] or a Trait. Anyone who belongs to any of the Shifting Kinde is considered a Vikja. They were created by various [[Gögna-Vaettr]], for a variety of different reasons.

			Vikja of various types are scattered all across the Cosmic Tide, embedding themselves in the populations of various regions of both the [[Voidsea]] and the [[Realmlands]]. They operate in secrecy, and very few that aren't aware of the various shadow-conflicts that permeate the Voidsea have knowledge of their existence. Groups like the [[Valhallan Brotherhood]] and the Iron Decree are aware of them, though their knowledge may be somewhat limited.

			The conflict that defines the Vikja is known as the Reality War - A battle in which they fight over the existence of Reality as a coherent concept - Some may fight to preserve it, while others fight to fundamentally alter it. Various forces within the Cosmic tide have inclinations towards both, be they Data-Spirits, or Spheres - This is the conflict that defines a Vikja, and the choice they must make.
