Planet wyvern is a temperate world about the size of earth. Mainly covered in land but with large subcontinental oceans. However you would quickly see the skeleton of a giant reptilian creature ,much like the fabled dragon, extruding from the world's surface.
Planet wyvern is home to project wyvern a top secret military project. Planet wyvern might seem like a normal habitable planet much like earth. It has a similar atmosphere. But after just a cursory glance at its surface most people want to turn around. Because sticking out of the ground is the skeleton of a giant dragon as if it where coiled around a ball. it has a faint ring around it running in the direction that the main part of the dragon's skeleton is lying. Looking closer you can see that chunks of crystal in the sand and soil are luminescent. Deep beneath the ground of this planet there is a complex of laboratories. and above it many space stations. The dragon won't be as big as the one from the planet but it should grow.
