Xeo-Quartz is a major Void Island located within the Kirithtal Void Archipelago, Sky River Gyre, in the Voidsea. It is a major member of the Cosmic Union, and acts as a regional capital for the Binding Sea. A terrestrial world, surrounded by an Orbital Reef, within a Void Archipelago full of valuable resources, it began as an incredibly influential trade and logistics centre within the Greater Solar Union, before becoming the capital of what remained the Solar Union following the Technopocalypse.
The Kirithtal system is home to many crystals, gems, and valuable materials used in Voidship construction - Various economic machinations were focused here, and this lead to benefits in trade in neighbouring systems. In particular, it's moon of Zirshar has been home to massive mining operations.
Following the Technopocolypse, the world, known as Vareth at the time, became a major congregation ground for lost void-ships of all Kindes - Kin, Quirri, Akaska, Casorians - Any individuals that could made their way to Vareth made their way there in the wake of the massive catastrophe. It was there that various governors, Voidsea Fleet Captains, and political figures that considered themselves to be part of the Solar Union began to operate, and attempt to rebuild - Or at the very least, hold the Union together. It was through this the world, which became known as Xeo-Quartz, would become the capital world of what remained of the Solar Union, until it made contact with, and reunified with the Stjarna Union, to form the Cosmic Union.
Taekni is not present within Xeo-Quartzian society, due to being located in a Null Zone. Traits, however, are far more widely used. This created a culture wherein individuals would utilize their abilities to maintain peace, becoming known as 'Heroes'. However, it was also during this time that the Solar Union came close to collapse - This changed during the Villain uprising, which saw a major overhaul of how Xeo-Quartz understood how close it was to falling due to corruption, and the role of Heroes changed.
