Surtr, a warm [[Planet Class|E-Class]] moon, was discovered along with [[Njord]] and [[Skadi]] in the year 2069 by an ESA FTL probe. Though Norwegian explorers visited the planet in 2073, it wasn't colonized until 10 years later in 2083.

== Overview ==
Surtr is a warm moon. The average temperature planet wide is 40 °C. Surtr is a moon of the life bearing gas giant Skadi. Surtr orbits Skadi in 13 hours making days really short. Skadi orbits Sunna every 8.6 days. Surtr has an atmospheric pressure of 0.6, breathable by humans with a little acclimatization. The moon experiences 0.6 g's, the gravity is still comfortable for humans and causes few deteriorating effects.

Norwegian explorers visited the moon and a survey revealed that it was mineral rich with large deposits of aluminum, gold and copper. The Norwegian colonists who had come to the [[Sunna System|Sunna system]] took ownership of Surtr, however none had any interest in mining operations and instead wished to build a fishing industry. In 2082 the Njord colonists leased rights of the moon Surtr to the Ma'aden Alfodur (Saudi Space Mining Company). Ma'aden Alfodur was to give Njord 15% of any profits made from mining on Surtr. In addition the company had to hire a terraforming company to build a biome on Surtr. Ma'aden colony ships arrived in the year 2083 and began to set up mining operations. Terragen was hired to create a planetary eco-system for Surtr.

By 2100 Surtr had a variety of tropical fish in the oceans. Terragen had seeded reefs in the seas and Palms of various breeds began spreading along the coasts. By the year 2160 altered cacti were introduced into the desert and began spreading deeper away from the seas. Camels, sand cats, geckos and other earth desert life were alterred to handle the thinner atmosphere then released onto the surface. In the year 2224 Surtr's desert like biome was completed, 6 years later Njord's entire biome was declared complete.

In 2243 Ma'aden went bankrupt and the subsidy Ma'aden Alfodur was left to fend for itself on Surtr. The Njordic government bought Ma'aden Alfodur and a total 60% of all mining profits went to the government of Njord. With the aide of Njord however exports from Surtr quadrupled and the mining colony was more prosperous than ever. New Riyadh became a popular resort site.

During the Second Age Surtr, after the disbandment of SepMin, became a major exporter of aluminum used to build the [[United Republic of Space Settlements|URSS]] warships. in the year 2784 terrorist attacks slowed operations substantially, but again with the help of Njord, Surtr was able to come back even more prosperous. In 2976 Surtr came under heavy attack from the rebel faction during the last great war. One nuclear warhead was fired and detonated 10 miles outside of New Riyadh. All inhabitants were able to evacuate. The attack was barely repelled by the Njordic Defense Force and immediate relief was given to the victims. Thankfully very little infrastructure was damaged and operations resumed early in 2977. After 3000 following the founding of the [[Confederacy of Humanity]] rhe Surtr ruling company, Ma'aden Alfodur, provided resources for building the Confederacy's peace-keeping fleet. To this day Surtr has a booming economy providing industrial metals throughout the old-worlds and was a popular tourist destination.

== Population ==
In 2083 the original mining outpost had 3,000 permanent residents. The size of the mining operation grew slowly, Ma'anen Alfosur received little funding from the Saudi government or corporate headquarters on [[Earth]]. The outpost made a little profit, but were unable to grow. In the year 2242, just before Ma'anen declared bankruptcy Surtr had a population of 5,019. With the acquisition of the Njord government however the size of Surtr's operation quadrupled and its population growth rate tripled. By 2325 the outpost, New Riyadh had a population of 11,284. At this time Surtr's tropical climate made it the perfect resort getaway and many small-time tourist companies set up resorts around the moons capital city of New Riyadh. Throughout the remainder of the First Age the population of Surtr climbed steadily. A 2610 New Riyadh census listed 102,647 people living in and around New Riyadh city.

During the Second Age Surtr's growth slowed. Terrorist attack, though not as common or violent as other planets, were still not unheard of. By the year 3000 at the founding of the confederacy Surtr had a population of 524,358 inhabitants based out of New Riyadh city and surrounding cities. In the year 3091 Surtr had a population of 1,003,625 finally breaking 1 million inhabitants. A 4000 census listed 13,709,759 inhabitants on Surtr. In the 42nd century the population growth of Surtr slowed dramatically from ~0.09% to ~0.0006% a year as the desert climate away from the seas restricted population growth. In 4300 the population was 20,558,430. Even with the dwindling population growth Surtr was able to finally match the population of Njord in the year 8000 with a population of 49,389,547. In the current year, 10000 AD Surtr has a population of 54.3 million. The combined Sunna system has a population of 102.4 million inhabitants.

== Culture ==

Early in the moon's history the first outpost of New Riyadh was established with a Coorporate Arabic culture. The people identified themselves most as Ma'anen employees or Saudi Arabian until the year 2243 when Ma'anen was disbanded and the outpost lost contact with the Saudi Arabian government. After the Njord government took the outpost under its wing many inhabitants of Surtr were extremely gratious towards the Njordic people. They began to identify themselves as Surtrian. In the mid 2250's a small group of Surtrians with bedouin heritage followed the example set by the Njordic laplanders and began nomadic life on Surtr's deserts. The remainder of the populace continued urbanizing the coasts.

Due to the influence of Njord on the people Surtrian's became more open to outsiders and much more open to other cultures. Norse accents began appearing in mosques. The resorts on New Riyadh were thriving and a few people began converting to the Vanir-Norse mythology. In 2350 the cultural population makeup was 4% Vanir-Norse, 14% Bedouin nomads and 82% traditional Islamic. The Surtrian culture has remained mostly Arabic Islamic throughout the Second and Third Ages to the current day.

== Climate ==
Surtr is a warm terra world. It has a large south sea and a large north sea as well as an equatorial sea in the western hemisphere, but the water is not interconnected and the majority of the landmass is far from any significant bodies of water. Surtr's climate can best be described as southern mediteranean along the coasts and Saharran further inland.

Simud is the name given to the
dwarf planet turned moon that was moved into orbit of [[Mars]].

== Overview ==
An iron rich world
with a mass one fourth that of Mars, Simud was once much like [[Luna]], a frozen [[Planet Class|Class-S]] world. It has a
diameter of 1786 km (978 mi) a semimajor axis of 49861 km (30982.2 mi) an orbital
period of nearly 16 days and a day length of 23 hours and 30 minutes. It has a
mean temperature of 2.6 °C
(36.6 °F).

Discovered in 2090 by an asteroid driver probe, this rocky body caught
the attention of scientists due to its iron core and its mass. Pre-terraforming
the rocky body was pockmarked with asteroid strikes, a few of which were
massive and one of which had darkened one entire side of the planet so that no
light was reflected back. It was placed in orbit in 2233.

In 2501 the method of terraforming that had been used on Luna was repeated on this world, and within half a millennium Simud was
another temperate [[Planet Class|Class-E]] world with more recognizable genetically engineered

== Population ==
This moon has just recently crossed the one billion
threshold and is currently at a population of 2.2 billion. Simudian culture
allowed for only two children per household until recently, and after that law
was rescinded, the population grew faster.

== Climate ==
The moon is mostly forest now, coniferous in certain areas
and deciduous in others. Plants grow faster and taller here as has been seen on
various other lower gravity worlds. For the most part the weather is cool and
clear with rainfalls that last for a day occurring once or twice a week.

Originally a warm [[Planet Class|E-Class]] world (now temperate after massive atmospheric scrubbing), this planet has a diameter of 9896.6 km and a gravitational pull of 0.8 G. It has a semimajor axis of 501671.3 km from Ifindris and is tidally locked. Its day length if 1.7 days.

Originally, the planet had a boiling hot surface temperature of 92.7°C and an atmospheric pressure of 2.3 ATM, but extensive terraforming had quickly changed that. It has an axial tilt of 20°30’.

The new climate is a bit more wild than that of Earth due to the longer day length but it is within the human norm of adjustment.

== History ==
Serenity had many names before it was colonized. The [[Katoxyn]] called it Rya while the [[Uathyn (Species)|Uathyn]] called it Vind. It was a world of little interest save for the scant amounts of water on the surface which fascinated a handful of Uathyn scientists who set up a few bases on the moon before abandoning it.

With the arrival of the Confederacy into Glitter space, the world caught the attention of humanity. With permission from the two native species, extensive terraforming of the planet began in earnest in 9969 and was completed twenty years later. As the completed world was mostly water, the Uathyn eagerly colonized the new ocean, marveling at the vast new forms of life that the humans had imported not only from Earth but also from other worlds. To the surprise of both governments, the Kya also expressed a slight interest in forming an embassy there in order to better facilitate communication between the Confederacy and the Glitter Territories.

Currently the total population is 72 million, 10 million humans, three thousand Kya and nearly 62 million Uathyn.

== Culture ==
On the surface, the humans rule the land with a democracy. Below, the Kya rule their small peninsulas with the same form of government they use while the Uathyn govern themselves with the same one for all mindset they have had for the past few thousand years, although a few are trying to imagine a more individualistic approach to government.

== Life ==
Most life on the moon is imported from Earth and a handful of other terrestrial worlds from the Milky Way, while the sea life is a mix of terrestrial and [[Uathyn (Planet)|Uathyn]] life.

Found by a rogue commerce vessel in the early 4000's, Lurentia, otherwise known as RS-8474-914-6-200691-117 5.2 (as of 0.980), is a ringed class E moon of the local gas giant, and is the only life bearing body in its star system. It is located 3640.08ly from[[ Sol]]. The moon has very little landmass, separated

into several islands, vast oceans making up more than 80% of its surface, not dissimilar to [[Earth|Earth. ]]

The moon is sparsely populated, with 300 million people living in tight clusters of habitats on each island. The [[Confederacy of Humanity]] had laid claim to this world 3 years after hearing of its discovery, and the moon had become a port of call for exploring nearby systems, and the local planetary nebula, the Cat's Eye.

The system has limited history, rarely seeing combat outside of the few pirate raids, and the moon is little more than a research outpost and limited starport. However, it is popular among tourists, with its crystal blue waters, and the spectacular view of both the gas giant and the ring system being the main (and only) defining features that attract them.

K'Jiritsz and K'Larsz

K'Jiritsz (RS 8411-7-8-147055-810 8 in 0.9.3) is the most alien-like world the Isvoy has come across in its mission. It is located in the Small Magelannic Cloud, the last planet in a system featuring an extremely dim L9-class brown dwarf star. It is the last planet in the system, orbiting at a distance of 0.637AU from the star every 2.83 Earth years. It has a rotational period of 4.8 days Owing to it's similar size (just .058 percent bigger than Earth), atmospheric makeup of almost 90% methane, and presence of an advanced civilization on its surface, it has been called "Earth's Evil Twin". That description is apt, since it has a deep red hue from its star. Conditions on the surface however contribute to the moniker, at an estimated ESI of just 0.34 . Average temperature is an extremely inhospitible (to humans) -170 Centigrade.

K'Larsz (8.1) is the only moon of K'Jiritsz, making the planet even more like Earth. Unlike Earth's moon, this one has an atmospheric pressure similar to Earth's, at 1.06 atm. The moon is colonized by the native K'Jirita, and they use it as a kind of vacation destination. The gravity of

the moon is slightly lower, at 0.32g, allowing a recreational activity known as "Cloudhopping".

== Life on K'Jiritsz ==
The native K'Jirita are a methane-based species. They are a warp-capable species that had developed the technology thousands of local years ago. They are an early Type-II civilization that harnesses the power of their dim star for their own use. Although the power output is very dismal as far as stars go, the K'Jirita are an extremely resourceful people, and their star provides them with far more than enough energy to meet their needs.

They look far different than the humans aboard the Isvoy are used to. The closest description would be something resembling a fusion of an Earth octopus, beetle, and deer, with HUGE "eyes" on their "heads". Their cities look pretty alien as well. Due to the dim light coming from the star, and the constant methane clouds, their cities are pitch black at night since they can see in the dark.

Despite the harshness to humans, most K'Jirita think the planet is an ideal place to live. One of the most popular spots is a forest located in the northern hemisphere. The forest is dominated by T'laszu trees which have one "trunk" which soars skyward and spirals around a central point. They have no leaves, instead deriving nutrients from the thick clouds of methane that often cover the forest.

The cloud cover made visual scans of the surface useless, so radar scans were used instead. They revealed vast methane snowfields, a few bare spots where K'Jirita cities were located, and methane seas. The methane based animals studied were quite strange-looking as well. One analogue of a "fish" had 6 eyes, 2 tails, and apparently swam "backwards". A "Bird" analogue had massive wings to soar in its thick atmosphere, but no feathers, and 4 talons. Closest Earth analogue scientists aboard the Isvoy came up with is a prehistoric Earth pterodactyl.

== The "Vacation Moon" ==

K'Larsz is known by the K'Jirita as the "Vacation Moon" as translated from their complex language. Radar scans showed a near-identical makeup to Kjiritsz, suggesting a massive impact early in the planets formation, the leftovers forming the moon. How it got the same exact atmosphere though is anyone's guess. The leading theory suggests that it was terraformed, however the K'Jirita society, according to translated news broadcasts, did not invent terraforming. In response, the Isvoy left a covert probe in orbit to collect data.

== The Star ==

The central star of the system is an L9-class brown dwarf, which afforded a unique opportunity to the captain of the Isvoy to dive into the atmosphere. While this may have seemed like a foolhardy move, the Isvoy is rated to stand temperatures up to L7-class. So, the captain saw this as an opportunity to study the star up close, and to take on plasma fuel.

As the Isvoy approached the star, they discovered a Dyson sphere in an extremely close orbit to the star, which the K'Jirita use to collect energy. It saw no K'Jirita ships in the area on visual scans, and other spectrums resolved nothing either, until they saw black blob-like shapes. Apparently, their ships were made in line with their civilization - they reflect no light at all.

Diving into the stars atmosphere, a plasma refueling hose was extended, as the Isvoy ran scans of the surface below. The scans returned what seemed like automated mining facilities, mining fuel for the K'Jirita ships, although scans did not detect any exhaust coming from them. Surely they must be using some form of exotic propulsion method undetectable to the Isvoy's sensors.

The isvoy refueled, it departed the stars atmosphere, and then departed the system, an Earth month after it arrived. A log will be sent to Earth, and top brass will determine if the K'Jirita people meet the criteria for inclusion in the greater galactic civilization.

Aleion

Aleion is an [[Planet Class|E-Class]] moon of Bellerophon (RS 8474-1353-8-10982573-228 in 0.980) and was the first E-Class world to be discovered orbiting a frozen [[Planet Class|R-Class]] world.

== Physical ==
Aleion has a diameter of 8852.6 km and a gravity of 0.4 G. It has a semimajor axis of 359002.6 km from its parent planet. Its standard day length is 2.9 Earth days. The planetary system is around 7.2 billion years old. It is the only major world, the other moons being asteroids.

== Climate ==

Aleion has an axial tilt of 36°41’. The planet’s mean average temperature is 16.9 °C and it’s atmospheric pressure at sea level was at 0.4 ATM before terraforming. It currently is near earthlike standards. Before the terraforming the continents were mostly deserts - but they were seeded with many tree seedlings. Soon, it became a natural paradise.

== History ==
R-Class worlds were no mystery to the [[Confederacy of Humanity|Confederacy]]. Many had been discovered wandering through the galaxy with hosts of dead worlds. However, the [[Thulcandran Federation|Thulcandran]] scout ship that discovered this planet in 3229 was shocked to discover a relatively warm terrestrial moon dimly illuminated by the star Alnilam located only 7.2 light years away with an apparent magnitude of -9m.7, slightly less bright than the full moon from [[Earth]]. It was also illuminated by many surrounding nebulae. Furthermore, it was geologically active and the carbon dioxide rich atmosphere managed to keep the surface warm. In fact, it was suitable for humans to walk on the surface with only a breathing apparatus - needed due to the large amount of carbon dioxide.

This caused a surge in the search for R-Class worlds. The planet was intensely studied for half a century before the [[Terragen]] CEO applied for a terraforming license of the moon. The atmosphere was carefully scrubbed while at the same time massive glowing orbs of light and heat were built and placed in orbit of the moon in order to give the illusion of a 24 hour day/night cycle, and make up for the lost heat from the lack of carbon dioxide. These mini-suns were, when you strip down the outside, large fusion generators. One was not enough to provide heat and light to Aleion’s surface so a large half circle was built, giving it the appearance of a large band of light crossing the sky.

Plant and animal life from Earth was brought and the planet was seeded, speeding along the terraforming process, by 3351, the first rogue moon was terraformed and colonized by member worlds of the Thulcandran Federation and other surrounding human worlds, all eager to live on the unique world - most famous at the time for its sky.

In peacetime, the world is known for being a perfect place to evade the hustle and bustle of everyday galactic life. During times of war it is a perfect place to evade invading forces. A neutral world, Aleion restricts the amount of people who can visit at a time.

== Overview ==
Nueva Terra along with 2 other moons were discovered in 2050 and was one of the first worlds that Humanity colonized. The Frontier probe entered the 111 Tauri system in 2110 and began to examine Aerio Pelota's moons. The one that caught interest was a temperate E-class world in second orbit from the gas giant. Frontier deployed a small automated lander which was equipped with a small robotic rover and snapped many photos of the surface that were sent back to Earth.

Due to its appearance and climate, scientists decided to name it Nueva (meaning new in Spanish) Terra (meaning Earth in Latin).

After that, plans were made to send some colony ships there in hopes to colonize and eventually terraform it.

A few colony domes were built in 2163 and colonists were required to wear a type of suit as the atmosphere is unsafe for Humans to breathe. However, various terraforming stations were established around the planetoid in order to pump Oxygen into the atmosphere to one day make it fully breathable and eventually seed plants across the continents.

No indigenous life has been found on the surface, making it the perfect place to terraform without harming any native life however scientists theorize that there could be lifeforms deep within its oceans.

Nueva Terra's mountain ranges offer a plethora of hiking as well as cinematic views of the sunrises and sunsets.

The gas giant, Aerio Pelota can create stunning views of the sky, especially at night when Nueva Terra orbits in front of it.

Colonists could rent vehicles called Land-buggies which would allow them to traverse and have fun on the slopes and hills. Each buggy came equipped with a detachable homing GPS incase anyone stranded too far from any of the colonies which they were strongly advised to stay near.

It was fully terraformed by the year 3009

== Geography ==
Nueva Terra's continents were barren lifeless deserts prior to terraforming. Many slopes, hills and mountain ranges can be found on its surface. There are also active volcanoes as well as a few hurricanes.

Akir is located in the Josa system orbiting the [[Planet Class|J-Class]] giant Fario. It supported life once. It's semimajor axis from Fario is 544998.689 km. Like every other object in the system, it is about 4.2 billion years old.

Akir has a diameter of 19022 km with a mean temperature of 27°C. Being tidally locked to it's parent planet, it orbits Fario and itself in 1.097 earth days.

Akir's atmosphere consists mostly of ammonia and methane. There are many clouds and one single storm in the planet's atmosphere.

== Lifeforms ==
Like [[Kolatio]], Akir supported life once. These lifeforms were multicellular and very advanced in technology. However, they were very violent. About 50 million years ago, they exterminated themselves in a gigantic nuclear war, resulting in a new atmospheric composition, a high amount of nuclear radiation on sea level and the extermination of all lifeforms on the planet.

Its parent gas giant Cöntqa is home to the sentient [[Trarrofs]], who are the main inhabitants of Eonxe. Eonxe is an important spaceport for the local population, since it holds the only shipbuilding and mining centers in the system.

Between the 4th millenia and 53rd century, the moon was a safe haven and a virtual [[Space Piracy|pirate]] headquarters. It was briefly raided by the [[Molkor]] during the [[Second Galactic War]] although it was never captured.

== History ==
While the Tratoffs had technology for high-velocity aerial flights, they were unable to reach further than 50 kilometers above the cloud tops of their home planet. In fact, the first creatures to achieve orbit around Cöntqa were [[humans]] when they detected the radio anomalies generated by the Tratoffs.

The first humans there were, however, pirates who arrived on 3303. When they noticed that the Tratoffs desired to explore space but were technologically incapable, the pirates made an offer they knew the natives wouldn't refuse: rocketry technology (and some others, such as advanced electronics) in exchange for labor force and one of the planet's natural satellites (the pirates initially demanded for the whole satellite system, but negotiations brought it down).

Pirates soon found that the proximity of the location combined with the easy access to large quantities of labor made the moon ideal for a base. Within the first decade after the establishment of the outpost, thousands of pirates had visited the moon, and it gradually evolved into a center of black market activities.

FøPP, the largest pirate organization in [[Milky Way]] for a long period of time, was founded on Eonxe on 3321.

With the black market trading and the monopoly over the interstellar "trade" of the Traroffs, economy and the population of the pirate base grew and permanent settlers began arriving. In order to minimize the chance of detection, the pirates placed signal jammers on the moon's orbit and did not significantly alter the environment of the cold selena. The population reached a peak just before the [[Confederacy of Humanity|Confederacy]] raid on 5307, with 10 million inhabitants, most of which are directly or indirectly involved in the piracy business.

The Eonxe Raid occurred on November 12th, 5307. The Confederacy was aware that the pirates had some form of headquarters, but they have not been able to find its location. Some of the Trarrofs, tired of working dirty jobs under the pirates, decided to escape their confinement and managed to hijack a pirate vessel heading into Confederate space. When they arrived, they alerted the Confederacy on the presence of pirates on Eonxe (they had gradually learned to speak human language from the pirates). A fleet was quickly assembled and sent to Eonxe, crushing the pirate resistance and forcing many to flee with little ground combat.

After the raid, some battlecruisers and orbital stations were placed in orbit around Eonxe and its parent. Now aware of the existence of other civilizations, the Trarrofs agreed to place themselves under Confederate protection, but they maintained their own military (which initially consisted heavily of abandoned pirate fighter vessels). The Traroffs proceeded to colonize the other moons of their planet and moved on to slowly take over their system. Due to their aerial nature, however, the Traroffs could not live in quantity on their moons and simply used the atmosphereless moon as a mining and industrial center. Some humans and other species also live on Eonxe, either as professional workers or as traders. The population steadied on the eve of the 7th millenia, with enough labor to harness the resources from the moon.

As the Second Galactic War raged across the galaxy, a small Molkor party of cruisers entered the system and skirmished with the local forces, with few casualties from either side. The Molkor withdrew after about an hour, and no pursuit was attempted. The Molkor never returned to the Pahexus (with an exception of an ambassador, who was stationed on Eonxe after the war ended).

Recently, there have been talks within the Trarrof government (i.e. the Independent League of Trarrofs) to commission a corporation in order to terraform Eonxe to increase its habitability.

== Population ==
About 87% of the population are Trarrofs, and humans make up most of the rest. Due to a lack of atmospheres they live in pressurized biodomes with about 2 atm of pressure (which requires humans to slowly acclimatize) and similar oxygen pressure with [[Earth]]. Aside from the standard Trarrof aeroculture, human soil-based agriculture also provides food for the colony, which are generally self-sustaining.

Some of the humans find employment as skilled workers for the Trarrof-owned mines, and some others are merchants importing outside goods. Eonxe is also a relatively well-known cultural tourism destination due to its long history of involvement in [[Space Piracy|space piracy]]. Nevertheless, as with most airless colonies, its economy remained dependent on mining and heavy industry.

Izotz (RS 8411-6-6-176877-3 A8.1 in 0.9.7.4 Beta Patch 8) is a frozen [http://space-engine.wikia.com/wiki/Planet_Class#I-Class I-Class] world and is the only moon of [[Kalder]]. It is located in the [[Calida|Calida system]] in the Small Magellanic Cloud.

Izotz has a diameter of 6748.656 kilometers (52.906% the diameter of [[Earth]]), and the average surface gravity is 0.2612 G's. In comparison to its parent, this is quite large. It orbits Kalder every 179.617 days and rotates every thirty-five hours and thirty-one minutes.

== Geography ==

Izotz is covered in a thick layer of ice. Like Kalder's glaciers, this ice is made from frozen hydrocarbons.

The surface is broken by dark brown ridges that extend less than a kilometer above ground level. Since [[Europa]] appeared very similarly before its terraforming, it is suggested that an ocean may exist below the ice of Izotz. If this were true, then signals of life have yet to be discovered.

Izotz is pocketed with craters large and small. These craters range from a few hundred meters to several dozen kilometers across. The craters' smoothness and sparseness further suggests an ocean has been constantly rebuilding and flattening the surface of Izotz through hidden channels that liquid would run up and freeze in.

Interestingly, small canyons have formed on Izotz. While their exact cause is unknown, there could be a tectonic system of continents floating on top of the possible ocean. As tectonic plates would separate, liquid would fill in the spaces and freeze, creating an indent that would be the canyons. Seeing how there are no mountains, however, this idea has yet to be accepted entirely.

== Climate ==
The climate of Izotz is very regular. Normally the surface of Izotz is -325 degrees Celsius, but as it is with Kalder, the temperature only fluctuates by a few degrees as the planet goes through its year. Unlike it, though, Izotz has no greenhouse effect, so it is much colder.

The atmosphere is 0.0394 times the pressure of Earth's atmosphere at "sea-level." Most of the moon is elevated and experiences only a third of that, so the highest pressures can be found at the bases of deep canyons, craters, and other terrain formations.

The flat terrain and lack of heat sources has made the thin atmosphere of Izotz very still. Winds rarely exceed a kilometer per hour, and the entire moon is devoid of clouds.

Discovered orbiting a type G4V
star which the discoverers named Aryabhata (RS 8413-3-6-149654-5742 in Space
Engine 9.7.3) in 8012, this cold [[Planet Class|J-Class]] world is the eighth planet in the system.

It has a diameter of 155368.9 km
(96541.8 mi) and a semimajor axis of 2.5 AU. It’s year is long because of that
at approximately 3.9 years. Its rotational period is 8 hours and 50 minutes.

It has a crushing gravity at 6.8
G and an atmospheric pressure of around a million. Its mean average temperature
is a frigid -111.7 °C (-169 °F). It has a total of 80 moons with five of them
being major bodies. One, [[Lioliss]], is abnormally warm which is why it was settled
by the [[Tkowes (Species)|Tkowes]] only two decades ago. Along with the moons the planet sports a
small set of rings. The planet is 4.4 billion years old.

The life forms in the gaseous
atmosphere of Nolaxelr are all floaters, living in different layers of the
atmosphere. They “see” by mostly echolocation which is how they hunt. Some nearer the surface have something resembling eyes.

==General==
Ilt (RSC 8476-5-4-507-40 4.D2) is the 2nd moon of Bellenx. It is classified as a warm asteroid, orbiting at 24,832.68 kilometers. The asteroid is tidally locked (Rotation/Revolution: 9 hours, 8 minutes, 54.05 seconds). There is no atmosphere. The gravity is 0.00059424 g with a mass of 0.00000000040308 Earth masses and a diameter of 0.0008236 Earth diameters. It has an approximate density of 4 grams per cubic centimeter. This density is debated due to the assumption that the moon is a sphere, which it isn't, and due to the large amount of yttrium on the moon. There is no natural water on the moon.
==Inhabitants==
There is one small Bellenx colony on the moon. The colony is considered to be a failure due to the 100% atheist community, the third and last colony to follow this route as of now. The colony's original name was Paris-2 (it was meant to go to Paris, but a catastrophic issue required them to land on Ilt), but the inhabitants now call the colony Ilt-Fread. The colony was in contact with Bellenx until a mere 30 years ago. Thanks to these people we know that Bellenx's government is an absolute monarchy.
