Otherwise known as The Traveler or the Traveling Adventurer, this person is a legend among the Confederacy and also in the early stages of black hole time travel. According to legend, they use the black hole method of time travel ever since it was invented to continuously move forward in time decades in order to see how humanity grows over the course of its history. There have been sightings of the Traveler all over the galaxy. They are described as an average height Caucasian human in their mid to late twenties, although that description has since changed to reflect a younger age. But that is where the similarities end. Each physical description apart from that is different, sometimes they have long blonde hair, other times no hair at all, or they are male and have a beard, or they're female with no beard.

<br />
There have been sightings at special historical occasions in history, like the formation of the URSS and the signing of the Confederacy Treaty at TerraSphere Alpha in 3000, but it is more than likely that those stories are fiction. The credibility of other stories of the Traveler has neither been confirmed or denied as it is entirely possible that he exists.

Description
Among all the stories one thing stays the same: the Traveler's need to update his technology and databases on his ship, which they seem to regularly upgrade during each visit to a planet or space station. They seem to stick around for an Earth year then vanishes. They're claimed to be incredibly clever, able to create a false identity fast so that they will not be caught during the yearly visit.

Many investigations into their identity have been made but there is no record of anyone who vanished and never returned during a Time Jump. Still, the legend exists and continues to grow stronger as the centuries go on.

The myth or fact status of The Traveler is also very hard to prove, considering that it is known that others have tried to imitate them. Any 'real' instances of The Traveler usually flee with an amount of foresight, always managing to escape and disappear in anomalous or non-anomalous fashions. There are also rumors about The Traveler being an android or AI, though this is not confirmed either. There are also some who believe that The Traveler is actually an artificial superintelligence created by a lost civilization. These people claim that The Traveler was originally built for a purpose, and then later became self-aware.
The Traveler Legend has inspired many eager people to abandon their lives and emulate them, but it seems they never last more than two or three Time Jumps. The longest imitator lasted six fifty year jumps before stopping and building a house on a frontier world.

Among all stories on the Traveler, some factors stay the same. For one, The Traveler appears to act a bit erratic compared to average people. It is also known that they appear to create convincing fake identities, or like to hide out in obscure areas. Instances of The Traveler also stay in a position for a similar and fixed amount of time. Some say that The Traveler will truly leave when the universe is at peace, while others say that they will stay and observe events.

The Traveler (simply known as Traveler or the Wanderer) is a semi-corporeal entity or series of entities, which has made an appearance all over the Via Sagittaria Galaxy and Aylothn-Sagittaria Group. The Traveler is an urban legend among those living in the United Federation of Star Systems, which allegedly takes the form of numerous species across many historical events. Ranging from the founding of the UFSS to The Exhumation, The Traveler has been seen all around history, especially preluding tragic events. It is told that The Traveler is also a sign of great boon or great depression, as the events that follow their appearance are very major in magnitude.

According to legend, The Traveler utilizes the Continuum and black holes to travel through time. The Traveler has apparently used this to travel all across the Aylothn-Sagittaria Group and the greater Virgo Supercluster. Since the Traveler is very much unpredictable, there are no records on its official species or identity. This has started several theories on what exactly The Traveler is, but none of them are entirely correct. Many irregularities and unusual factors make these theories very hard to prove.

Sightings

Sightings of the Traveler usually precede or happen in very important events, as explained earlier. Many historians and eyewitnesses have collaborated to create a list of events that the Traveler has been involved in. Documentaries and stories of the like have also been created around The Traveler. There is a popular tale recounting numerous appearances all across the The Vault's Incident in the War of the Ancients. This tale is also the most recorded and photographed, but it yielded no useful results. A table of prominent Traveler sightings is below:
